Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gwacheon-si

Beautiful space in a great location. Gangnam St. was right outside, so it was super easy to get around with transport. Apartment was tidy and cosy, as well as well supplied with everything one might need for both a long term and/or a short term stay. Super friendly host, responsive and informative when answering and questions or concerns. Having access to additional storage for early check-in/late check-out was also a bonus - made it super easy to keep luggage inside until the room was ready. Definitely super cosy and enjoyable!

Property location is great, there are many restaurants, food stalls, coffee places within walking distance. Bus stops, subway and airport bus is within 5-10 mins walk. Host is responsive and tries their best to answer questions.

All in all, it feels like home!The house is exactly the same as the photos, no difference at all!It's actually more cozy and comfortable.The host Amy is very welcoming. I noticed the welcome note on the dining table!The floor heating was also turned on. It was a lifesaver for us as we were frozen stiff. ~ The location of the house is easy to find, just walk straight from Exit 3 of Seoul National University Station and turn left. Although it's a bit of a walk, it's still acceptable.Hotels, shops, and convenience stores are all very complete along the way. You can buy whatever you need downstairs. It is recommended to go to the GS25, which is the nearest 24-hour convenience store, just up the hill after turning left at the B&B. The room is very large, the layout is reasonable, the mattress and quilt are very comfortable and clean, so that you can sleep as comfortably as at home while traveling!(Also, the hammock in the big room is also very comfortable to sleep in hahaha) The kitchen is fully equipped, it's very convenient to have supper or breakfast at night, you can enjoy it on the dining table. The toiletries in the cabinet opposite the bathroom are very complete, there is even a hair straightener!It's quite a surprise. The host must be a very considerate person.The bathroom also has hand soap, very considerate. Because the return flight was in the afternoon, I applied for a late check-out with Amy, and she agreed immediately. It was so satisfying!Anyway, everything is really great, where else can you find a homestay like this at this price!I'll come again if I get the chance in the future~ Thank you!

Five minute walk to subway station which is key. Clean accommodations with strong AC. Accidentally turned the heat on and noted that works well too—floors get heated which must be so nice in winter. Provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, umbrellas. Appreciated two full length mirrors. Bryan was responsive to all our questions. For any couple looking to stay in Gangnam, awesome place!

This place is well-located, convenient, and pleasant. The building has useful amenities (gym, etc), and is super near to Seoul Station and great bus connections. I had a great time here!

Comfortable stay in Seoul. The apartment was very clean, practically no noise from neighbours, had all the amenities needed. Bed was comfy, we rested well. The host is responsive, left eggs and cereal for us, which was very convenient. The location is in a local neighbourhood, further away from touristy attractions, but we prefer it that way, so it was a plus for us. There are a few convenience stores just a few steps away and cafes and local eateries as well. A lot of metro and bus options very close, so we felt well connected with all city. For light sleepers it should be important to note that the apartment building is on a very busy, multy road crossroads. The noise of transport is constant even with the window closed, but once you get used to it, it is ok. I would recommend this place.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

Place was very spacious, clean, cosy and smell fresh when you step in the house. We all agreed that the bed was so comfy. Very warm environment and you got anything you need. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay, close to subway. Had everything you need. The air conditioning wasn't great, but we opened windows during the night and it was good. Very comfortable beds. would definitely stay again.

Clean and well-maintained accommodation. The bugs I was worried about were small flying bugs or spiders as small as dust. It wasn't a big deal. Places like the footbath outside may be affected by bugs, but I didn't do the footbath. The location is good, and the biggest advantage is that you can park. Cooking is not allowed, but delivery is free, and there is good consideration for tableware, etc. LG's water purifier is also neatly maintained, so clean water is a big advantage.

Very clean apartment in a convenient location.

I stayed together with my friend together with my friend together. You'll need to take the stairs up to the 4th floor. The host was there when we arrived at the hotel, so they went out of their way to the room with me and my friend's luggage. There is also good access to the station, with plenty of convenience stores and cafes around the hotel. This time, it was a short stay, but it was also possible to stay for a long time, so I'd love to stay if I get the chance.

Hello, my friends and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Hanok in Seoul! The home was sleek, peaceful, and such a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially enjoyed winding down at night with the projector and Netflix. Thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay!

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

The owner is very proactive and hospitable, very flexible with check-in and check-out arrangements, and allows us to store our luggage before check-in/after check-out, and the room is very close to Hongdae Shopping Street, which is very convenient!

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~
