Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Guzmán Abajo

Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

Arnaldo was really nice and communicative host. He went above & beyond for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay & things went smoothly. The place was a nice space and perfect for the group. Would definitely book again

The place was great and host was super responsive with good recommendations! Kids loved the pool, pool table and local lizards. Frogs at night were delightful. Had a little bit of a hard time finding the place, even with the instructions, but were able to navigate our way there. Would stay again!

Gorgeous location with spectacular views.

Was a nice and quiet place to relax. Good amenities and felt safe. It is in a working class neighborhood. It so happens there was an islandwide blackout. having the Tesla battery backup and the water tank was invaluable.

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

This was a great place to stay at book at 5:15 PM and we were able to check in at 6 PM. It’s 20 min from Luquio beach, and 20 min from the airport. We checked in, everyone showered, 2 full bathrooms. The host was so kind, bottled water, cans of coke and chips, along with a note. He really came in handy because we hadn’t went to the store for supplies yet. And it was pouring rain. The five of us were able to all have our own beds. As women, we needed some space and rest on our last night b4 travel. Around 8:30pm we decided to go to the movies! The outlet mall is 10 minutes up the street! And there is a 24hr coffee shop near by! The host let us stay an extra hour, while waiting on group instructions from our other members close by! It was very helpful to have the extra time, to sit and plan our Rent-A-Car pick up and drop offs, so we weren’t sitting in the car outside in the rain waiting on directions. Great host, great space, peaceful, gated home, Tv works, WiFi is fast!

We had a splendid time! Our hostest was very attentive, she answered every question we might've had before we even had a chance to think of them. She was definetly a 10/10. The view and the surroundings are just like no other, it's a hidden paradise. It's a overall perfect place to be with friends and family, we instantly felt at home. Thank you very much Yesi for making this weekend so special for our friends and family. Will most definitely be staying again soon!

This has probably been the most beautiful Airbnb that I have stayed at in all aspects of the word. And I have had my fair share of staying at different airbnb’s in PR! Super clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful view from the porch literally a dream. With that being said Stephanie and Roy I want to thank you so much for all your help, kindness, understanding and recommendations for us during our stay. We really did enjoy staying at your place and I hope I can be back soon, cause I will definitely be booking here if it’s available again! 🤍🤍

Unfortunately reservation was cancelled due to island(Puerto Rico) power grid outage. There would have been no water supply due to this situation. Host, Mr. Guzmán, was very kind and understood the frustration of the situation and immediately authorized the cancellation. We as a Family appreciate this gesture from him. But, we will in a neat future try to finally emjoy tgis Airbnb. Thank you Mr. Guzmán.

This was the perfect family getaway! The home is peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our kids absolutely loved the pool — it was the highlight of every day! 🌞 The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfy spaces to relax and unwind. The location felt private but still close enough to explore the beach and El Yunque. The hosts made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing family spot in Puerto Rico with a mix of nature, comfort, and fun — this is the one!

Casa muy bonita, y pensada para pasarla súper bien en familia. Muy cómoda, todo organizado y limpio. Ubicada a pocos minutos de tiendas, restaurantes, entre otros… El anfitrión es muy amable, y te ayuda con cualquier duda que necesites. Esta equipada con lo necesario, por lo cual es recomendable para reservar varios días, y en familia desconectar un poco de las rutinas diarias. Nos gustó mucho!

The room in the patio isnt up to par with the rest of the rooms. They’re all super beautiful and whoever ends up outside really gets the short end of the stick. It has broken screens and lots of spiderwebs. And definitely the room with the most critters. The place itself is beautiful. It’s majestic and really makes you one with nature.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

El apartamento por dentro es hermoso, todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Fue una experiencia familiar digna y segura. Tiene excelente aire acondicionado, la disponibilidad de lavadora y secadora personal fue un plus. Tiene espacio de balcón y patio trasero. La vista al Yunque hermosa.

Ricardo was very friendly, helpful and responsive. His airbnb listing was incredible, clean, and in such a convenient area. You're close by to a walmart, mall, movie theaters, the kiosks of Luquillo, and Carabali park. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this airbnb and Ricardo as a host. Thank you Ricardo!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

Rosalyn was an awesome host. We were there during the New Year's island-wide power outage and she had both solar panels and a generator to compensate. The amenities were great - pool, hot tub, grill, billards. We would stay again.

… Sharon you where the best host ever! We stayed so many places in PR but you were the best. I have to say that this property is huge, so much space, great location, gated community,close to everything! We are Family of 4 and wanted to stay outside of San Juan but close to beaches and this was perfect choice. Two parking spaces are great to have. Pool was nice to have after long day at beach evenings at pool were great! Groceries and restaurants just across the street you can easy walk if you dont have the car. I just wanted to thank you for checking on us and Thank you for letting us stay at your property! Until next time :)
