The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

Everything was very nice from the beginning to the end of our stay. The host gave information on everything, and we received very quick and sufficient answers to the questions we asked. The house was as it appeared in the pictures. Everything we needed was abundantly available at home. Everything was clean. We definitely didn't have any problems with cleaning. It was also nice in terms of location. In short, we were very pleased with every opportunity and the host. When I came to Urla, it was a house that we would definitely want to stay in again. We enjoyed our holiday in this house a lot! We stayed as a large group and the house was really spacious and comfortable to meet all our needs. It offered both a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Everything was pretty tidy. The atmosphere of the village was very nice, we could feel the festive atmosphere. We met all our grocery needs from the village. First of all the photos don't do this place justice. The garden is huge and well looked after, it allows any activity one can think of in such a place both as a group and alone. The breakfast is great and having it by the pool just makes it better. The location is both very close to central Urla and secluded enough to give the peaceful private environment. Demir has been very helpful throughout our trip, even helping out with some last-minute adjustments to some existing/missing plans. His experience as a traveler himself allows a very good perspective. The entire place is recently built which definitely shows, the pool has a spacious surrounding. The room was very clean with everything thought of as well as some small details that simply enhanced our experience. I would recommend Bir Dem Urla to anyone who wants to experience Urla as it should be :)

It was a very enjoyable experience. The location is in a very nice place, 18 minutes by car to the farthest place, we stayed with our dog, completely surrounded by fences, an isolated and quiet neighborhood. Everything was in tip-top shape, the location and view of the house are quite beautiful, I felt at home, everything is 10/10, I definitely recommend it, this is definitely the place I will stay again next time I come.

The hosts responded quickly to messages from the beginning. They were friendly and helpful. If you did not have a car, it may be a bit of a problem that we had to walk. You can get there by bus passing through the center of the village in 1 hour. There was a grocery store etc. in the center of the village. The house was very comfortable, very comfortable, and had all the tools and equipment you might need in the kitchen. It was very peaceful. The location of the apartment was great! There are many restaurants around where you can have gourmet experiences and many nice cafes and pubs where you can have a pleasant time. You are only 100 meters from the art street! The apartment was quite comfortable and even more beautiful than the ones in the photo.
