Sehr angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit Paula. Unkomplizierter Check in. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ruhige Nachbarn. Supermarkt und Unibibliothek direkt in der Nähe. Ebenso auch die Barnstorfer Anlagen für einen schönen Spaziergang. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Innenstadt und auch nach Warnemünde (hierfür etwa 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Zug nach Warnemünde). Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Klein, aber fein und alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Rainer und seine Partnerin haben sich sehr herzlich gekümmert und man hat gemerkt, dass Sie Freude am Vermieten der Wohnung haben und uns als Gästen das Gefühl gaben Willkommen zu sein :)

Ankunft . Der Zuweg von der 96 war der letzte Horor. Wenn ihr auf die Insel kommt schaltet bitte das Navi ab. Es jagt Euch überall hin nur nicht dahin wo ihr gerne hin wollt. Kauft euch eine Karte von Rügen.. So nun zum Positiven.. Die Wohnung ist spitze einrichtung Gut .. Die umgebung ist Gut zu erreichen natürlich ohne Navi Lach. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem drum und Dran. .. wenn wir uns wieder für die Insel entscheiden sollten. Die beiden haben ja noch 2 weitere Arpartements ( Eigentums Wohnungen ) die zu Erkunden sind. Immer wieder. Gruß aus Schleswig - Holstein RD Herzliche Grüße von Uschi und Ralf

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub in Uwe und Solveighs Unterkunft. Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und sehr angenehmer Sonnenterasse. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Uwe ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und ein wirklich cooler Typ.

Für uns als große Familie war es wunderbar neben der Wohnküche noch einen weiteren Aufenthaltsraum zu haben. Es ist ein toller Ort zum Sein, den See vor der Nase, unsere Kajaks durften wir mitnehmen und auf der Wiese lagern und konnten jederzeit lospaddeln. Wir würden immer sehr gerne wiederkommen!!!!!

Alles bestens. 2 schöne Balkone. 2 Schlafzimmer und gutes Bad. Sogar Handtücher die nicht in der Beschreibung standen waren vorhanden. Alles in guten Zustand wurden vor kurzem bestimmt renoviert die Zimmer. Gutes WLAN vor Ort. Fernseher haben wir nur kurz angemacht ARD,ZDF, ZDF Neo und ARTE als Sender. Würden nochmal einchecken da alles Top und P/L hervorragend.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Silvio's apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is exactly as described, was spotlessly clean on arrival and has a balcony with fabulous views across the Binnenmüritz, which thanks to incredibly good luck with the weather, we were able to enjoy to the full. The apartment is centrally located with all attractions and local amenities just a couple of minutes walk away. Only point to mention is parking is made available in a separate space a short walk away, for a small additional fee. This worked fine as it was easily possible to pull in with the car and drop luggage off at the beginning/end of the stay. Silvio is a very friendly and responsive host.

Wir haben die Woche bei Marzena sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig fußläufig zum See, wo man auch das Ruderboot nutzen darf, z.B. zum Angeln. Den Garten und die Fahrräder durften wir auch nutzen, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Von der Unterkunft lassen sich schöne Radtouren und Wanderungen starten. Marzena hat uns hier stets mit guten Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants versorgt und war immer ansprechbar. Wenn es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlägt, würden wir nicht zögern wieder zu kommen.

Tolles Haus für eine schöne Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden. Der Garten ist groß und mit allen (spielerischen) Nettigkeiten ausgestattet. Wir haben unseren Familien-, Geburtstags- und Osterurlaub sehr genossen. Absolute Empfehlung gilt der ‚Marktwirtschaft‘ im Ort. Tolle Bedienung, leckeres Essen und Bowling, wenn gewünscht. Zudem gibt es einzelne kleine Hofläden und eine nette Kaffeerösterei. ;)

einfach ein tolles Haus, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Sauna, einem StrandKorb, einem Ofen, alles Dinge, um auch einmal ein paar schöne Stunden im Haus zu verbringen, Parkplatz genau vor der Tür. Das Zentrum von Stralsund ist nur ca. 6 km vom Objekt entfernt, auch zu Fuss gibt es einen Weg parallel zum Wasser. Für uns eines der schönsten Objekte, die wir bislang gemietet haben.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Jedes Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe und einem Blick für Details eingerichtet und hat einen wirklich besonderen Charme. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie eine geschenkte Flasche Wein sowie Näpfe und Spielzeug für unseren Hund von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

This charming listing is even better than advertised. Arrival instructions were clear and we arrived on a very cold day and the host had heated the apartment for us. Stepping in felt like a warm hug and it was easy to make ourselves at home. It's a beautiful property, full of light and a kitchen with enough gadgets and plates to make an elaborate meal. Sophie was an extremely communicative hostess, sharing relevant information and checking in occasionally. The town itself is very walkable, cute and full of friendly locals. If you have a car, definitely zip around to other towns and check out Binz, Göhren, Baabe, etc. Drive yourself to KARL's and enjoy an affordable lunch and all of the strawberry flavored treats and accessories that you can handle. Königsstuhl was a fun excursion and hike as well. After a full day out of sightseeing this penthouse was a perfect retreat and landing pad. Huge, plush couch, great tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect property for my first Ostsee visit.

Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus und der Garten sind absolut vollständig ausgestattet. Liebevolle Details wie frische Blumen und Osterdeko haben uns sehr willkommen fühlen lassen. Mit unseren Fahrrädern haben wir fast täglich die herrliche Natur am Bodden und auf der Halbinsel genießen können. Trotz sehr ruhiger Lage war's morgens nicht weit zum Bäcker.

Was für ein toller Rückzugsort. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Wir flüchteten spontan vor dem Geböller in der Stadt und fanden dieses kleine, gemütliche Zimmer am Rande des Müritz Nationalparks. Das kleine Häuschen ist mit offener (sehr cooler) Küche, Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, Couch vor TV, Doppelbett und einem schönen Lesesessel ausgestattet. Im Winter war unser Highlight natürlich der Kamin. Hunde werden hiermit Leckerli, Näpfen, Handtüchern und einem riesigen Bett empfangen. Josi und Chris sind super freundlich und über dem Maßen hilfsbereit. Der kleine Ort Boek ist ganz zauberhaft. Wer gern läuft oder radelt und die Ruhe der Natur bevorzugt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir kommen wieder, das ist mal sicher!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Es gibt einen Strandkorb und eine Tischtennisplatte. Wir waren mit dem E Auto da und konnten am Carport am Haus an der Wallbox laden. Die Vermieter waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich . Vielen Dank für alles.

Wir wollten Ruhe über Silvester, wir haben sie bekommen. Der Kontakt war ausgesprochen freundlich. Die FeWo sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Lage sensationell, wenn man ein Freund von Natur und Stille ist. Absolute Empfehlung.
