House vacation rentals in Gulistan-e-Johar

So, I was visiting Karachi and booked this place at last minute.. I swear picture doesn't describe this place well,Me and my Family loved this place and enjoyed alot.. this is one of the best beach house I have ever been... Beautiful surrounding.. easy access.. full of amenities.. and specially Kids had lot of fun in the pool.. Caretaker is always there for you and has beautiful terrace view of ocean .. Ahmed was responsive and helpful..by the way there is tons of lights on thr street and no security issues at all.. Definitely recommend to stay.. We already booked for future :) Thank you

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful and peaceful home! The swimming facilities and gym were a huge hit with my kids - they had an amazing time! The home theater was a game-changer - we watched a movie together as a family and it was such a special experience. The entire stay was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a serene and fun getaway! 5 stars isn't enough - we'd give it 10 stars if we could!

Worth every penny. Everything that was promised was delivered proactively. Very understanding and cooperative CareTaker. Cleanliness Top-Notch. Plus Hot-Water 24/7 (cuz that’s what i needed the most since my stay was in winters). Very private and safe. I stayed for 4 days, and everyday when i came back, it was cleaned properly and i loved how snacks were restored everyday. Owner and CareTaker were both very humble and soft spoken. Plus I Loved that there were birds at the facility too (peacocks and Pigeons). And i could adjust the lighting of the room to the comfort of my eyes since there were like 4-5 different combinations of lighting in the rooms and TV-Lounge. Good Wifi plus Free Netflix to chill, i don’t know what more could i ask for. Anyone reading this, i would definitely recommend you the place. Very spacious and filled with beautiful details to the place, exactly like the listing shows. Loved it. Jazakallah for making my stay peaceful and enjoyable.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental experience. The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed. The host thought of everything – from extra towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic. We appreciated the host's hospitality and will definitely be returning in the future.

We recently stayed at this bungalow in Karachi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location itself offers great views of the ocean right from the comfort of our room. The bungalow was well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff on site. They were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. A special mention must go to our host, Hanifa. She was incredibly kind and proactive, periodically checking in to make sure everything was perfect for us. Hanifa's dedication to her guests was evident in every detail. Overall, our stay at this beachfront bungalow in Karachi was more than what one can reasonably expect from the city’s rather austere options, and we highly recommend this property, if available. The house was fabulous and very cleverly designed with amazing furniture. The amenities provided were functional. And lastly, host was super nice and friendly.

Great Host and Great property enjoyed the stay over there amjad uncle was very helpful and always resposive and a phone call away There are minimal extra charges for washing machine and water which did not bother us at all overall a nice experience their helper was just a call away and would do everything told no complains would recommend people to stay over here would love to stay there if visited karachi once again

We stayed at this place for 13 days in July. It was a great stay. AC was working well in all 3 rooms, bathrooms were decent. There were no electricity outages at all which was great! The security downstairs was available and willing to help us at any time. The host was also very responsive. We felt safe in this area as this was a gated community. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities. The washing machine was old and a bit difficult to use. This could get an upgrade. Unfortunately, no maid is provided as it is noted- however, someone should be as there is so much dust coming in due to windows kept open. Electricity is an extra charge- it is nominal; however, we were not told how much till check out-which can be a bit shocking. We would definitely recommend it. With a few upgrades- this is an ideal place for a long stay.

Ainee’s place truly felt like a home away from home. It’s earthy, cultured and had the vibe of great old Karachi. The location is just unbeatable. Extremely central for us. Very peaceful. House help is extremely courteous, hospitable and skilled. Minor electrical issues were readily made rework-able. It will definitely remain our number one choice of vacation rental in Karachi.

First time staying in that place, very satisfy , very place environment with full proof security, amenities wonderful as it’s mentioned, host is very loving and cooperative 24/7 available, I strongly recommend to others and when ever I’m travelling to Karachi I will book again and again.

The place was as described however, slightly smaller than what appears in the picture but it won’t feel inaccurate. Certainly worth the price. Mr Shahid was our property manager who assisted us with everything and anything required along with their housekeeping staff. Privacy was always respected. I visited for my wedding, they helped with room decoration and went out of the way. They also bought a cake for us. The service received was extraordinary. Would recommend any family visiting from overseas to visit here. Secure area with laundry in walking distance and great food spots 5-10 mins drive away. The property itself was very impressive, the furniture, bedding was comfortable and AC was perfect. Apart from the other trips I had in Karachi, Hosts usually ask for reviews or property managers ask for tips. There was nothing like this here. This review is completely honest and initiated from my end Certainly staying here again. Its a 10/10 Mr Shahid is a professional gentleman

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was secure gated societyand Masjid was just a few steps away, and the host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay , beautiful bungalow style home . Plenty of space including a front deck and a nice rooftop. 2 of the rooms have AC , thus useable place in summers is 2 rooms. Kitchen has useable and good to have. 4 bathrooms !! The place was safe and easy to catch an auto to town. Would highly recommend Umar’s place for a stay in Karachi
