The place is a granny annex of the family home! this was very modern, a very well equipped and very clean. this is also close to amenities as well and the communication with Wasim was amazing. The location of this Airbnb is in the middle of the north and south of Hammamet

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille dans cette superbe maison authentique, typiquement tunisienne, au bord de la mer. L'espace est vaste, idéal pour les enfants, et le jardin, côté mer comme côté piscine, est un véritable atout ! La maison est parfaitement équipée et décorée avec goût, on s'y sent comme chez soi. La proximité de la plage et la vue sur la mer ont fait de ces vacances un véritable paradis. Pour les amateurs de cuisine, tout est prévu pour régaler vos proches (four à feu de bois, barbecue, four à pain artisanal en terre cuite et une cuisine entièrement équipée). Les enfants ont pleinement profité de l'espace et du jardin pour jouer au basketball et faire du roller. Merci à notre hôte Mohamed et son assistant présent sur place pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

La villa era come da descritto, ambiente ordinato e camere pulite. La posizione era buona anche se non facilissima da trovare, ma la comunicazione con Linda è stata impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente anche per il rapporto ottimo qualità/prezzo. Alla prossima, grazie di tutto.

Accueil très agréable, très bon séjour la villa était propre et tout était à dispositions. Mention spéciale pour la dame qui nous a accueilli très bien, à répondu à toute nos questions et était de bon conseil sur les activités, restaurant et lieu à visiter et à toujours était a disposition a nos demandes. I can only recommend Elyes' accommodation! Elyes was very friendly and always available. The check-in was smooth and the apartment is very well equipped. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Esta es una casa extraordinaria. Es un oasis en la playa para descansar y pasar unos días frente al mar. Las camas son cómodas y tiene una decoración muy casera. Me gustó mucho. Altamente recomendable

this is a great little apartment, in a brilliant location. everything you need is close by, it's also only 5 mins walk from the old fort and the sea etc. there's also a small balcony and access to the roof terrace, which gives great views over the neighbourhood and across the sea. yosr and her family are lovely people, and everything was made easy by them. I'd happily come back here if I'm in the area again

J'ai passé un séjour conforme à ce que je souhaitais calme et paisible. Mehdi était à l'écoute de très bon conseil Avant d'arriver il m'a fait une petite visite et là au supermarché pour que je puisse faire mes courses je l'en remercie beaucoup je recommande les yeux fermés... Et je reviendrai ...

A peaceful place to stay right on the beach. There is a monoprix and several cafes/restaurants (incl. a great rotisserie chicken place and fancier sit down restaurant) walking distance. It is a quick 5-10min Bolt ride to the hustle and bustle downtown. We even walked the length of the beach to the downtown twice during the stay (1 hour walk straight down the beach). Instructions were clear, and it was easy to access despite being down a side road.

j'ai passé un très agréable sejour chez mon hôte. l'appartement étant tres bien situé entre le centre ville historique et port de kantaoui ou il y a des très bon restaurant et plage magnifique pour des activités en plein air. niveau confort et propreté de l'appartement tout étais parfait et rien à dire..... a essayer sans hésiter et je reviendrai sans doute ds un avenir proche. merci encore à mon hôte monsieur achraf 👌🙌🙏

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Ahmed. Le logement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Ahmed s'est montré très réactif et flexible concernant les horaires de check-in, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. De plus, l'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du centre-ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.​

Hi guys It’s Sarah, just wanted to thank you all for a beautiful, peaceful and an amazing stay. The apartment is very clean and tidy, has a microwave, cooker, pots and pan, a table and chairs to eat your meals. There is two tvs one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom is lovely and tranquil with plenty of cupboards for ur clothes and an amazing bed to sleep. Out to the balcony has a lovely view a greenery and to the right is the peaceful sound of the beach, that is lovely and clean and a beautiful walk to watch sunset or sunrise. It’s in a very secured complex and for me this was a must and the security are very nice and protective as to who’s coming in and out, and as a young girl it was also important to me. The complex has so many pools for the summer and I cnt wait to honestly return asap thank you so much Until next time ❤️

die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön, das Appartement ist super schön, perfekt ausgestattet insbesondere die Küche. Haythem ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und alles hat gut geklappt. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Sousse. L'emplacement est idéal, à seulement 7 minutes à pied de la plage, avec des commerces et des restaurants tout près, ce qui était très pratique. Le logement était super, bien équipé et très confortable. Tout correspondait parfaitement à la description, et je m'y suis senti comme chez moi. L'hôte était également très réactive et accueillante. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour réussi à Sousse !

Dali est très accueillant, respectueux, sympathique, et surtout il est très réactif, il répond à tout moment et il est là pour aider au max, En plus, la maison est trop belle et reposante avec une belle vue magnifique depuis le balcon C’est près de toute commodité et à cinq minutes de la plage, Merci Dali pour ton accueil chaleureux 🙏🏻

One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
