Felipe was extremely attentive to the guidelines and responded promptly. The apartment is amazing, very beautiful and comfortable. The view of the sea is something inexplicable, besides the fact that the region is super safe with a lot of private security and policing. Another key point is that it has everything and you can do it on foot, beach, market, pharmacies, Burger King, Blue Fit gym, Geronimo restaurant. on the waterfront there are plenty of good restaurants with good music. The rooms are extremely comfortable and hotel standard. The condominium has several swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The employees are extremely polite and mw helped with everything I needed to use the leisure area and beach services. I made sure to give as much detail as possible because I've stayed in other places and regretted it because it didn't match the listing.

Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional hosts, super attentive and kind. The condominium is super complete, with an exceptional structure and extremely polite employees. Everything worked together to make the stay impeccable. I highly recommend it and I definitely intend to return soon.

We were received by Mr. Claudio, who promptly accommodated us, both were very courteous and helpful. The apartment is complete, cozy and ideal for resting. We enjoyed beautiful sunny days, which made everything even more special. We certainly recommend it, not only for the excellent space, but also for the reception, which made all the difference.

A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

Very good, location close to the beach, close to restaurants and markets. However, we find the garage very difficult to maneuver a truck, it is not impossible but it is very tight. If you had more car on site, it would be impossible. But it went well and loved the house.
