Apartment vacation rentals in Gros, Donostia

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. The apartment faces inside and it's very quiet. The roll-down shades make the apartment really dark which is great for sleeping. The apartment has an open setup so there's lots of room in the kitchen area. The apartment is located in the 1st floor which makes it easy to walk up but there's also an elevator. The place is located close to the beach (~10 minute walk) but there's no "direct access" per se as mentioned on the listing. The apartment has both a dish washer and a laundry washing machine which is very useful.

Amaia’s home is in a great location - walkable to the beach and old town but away from the noise. Amaia was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked and in coming to meet us to let us into the apartment. The best thing was the list of restaurants she sent us with what to order in each - we followed it to the letter and it was excellent.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y la pasamos muy bien. El lugar estaba bien limpio y ordenado. Es una muy buena ubicación para cualquier actividad que quieras hacer. Ya sea playa, montaña, restaurantes y bares, todo estaba muy cerca y accesible. Cuenta con varios estacionamientos públicos si vienes en auto. Pili siempre estuvo muy pendiente a nosotros y no tardaba en responder cualquier pregunta que pudiéramos tener. Esta es de mis ciudades favoritas y no dudaría en quedarme nuevamente en esta propiedad.

Paula’s place was perfect. Really comfortable and stylish. Neighbourhood was in walking distance of everything but had a nice sense of community. Host was really helpful and flexible with check out. Mattress in master bedroom was so comfortable. The place was spotless. A really lovely stay.

Thanks to our host Ana for making our stay in San Sebastian so memorable. The apartment is located right in the centre of the Old Town, only minutes from the beachfront and with amazing local pintxo on the doorstep. Ana had lots of recommendations and helped us with bookings which we really appreciated. The apartment is very clean and modern with some wonderful design features! This beautiful apartment is truly the best of Airbnb. Its stunning location and fabulous facilities make it a must if you’re considering a stay in San Sebastián. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and in a good location ... this apartment was a perfect base for the 4 of us for our four night break. We would return. The team at FeelFree Rentals were responsive and helpful to our queries.

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful apartment. It was lovely to return after a busy day of sightseeing and sit and watch the river rise and fall with the tides. A great neighbourhood to wander around away from the old town but close enough to walk in for some pinxos and wine. We ate at Bodega Donastria a few times which was just around the corner. Fabulous food and service. The perfect place to stay in SS, so much better than a hotel.

Great apartment in a perfect location. Has everything one could need while visiting San Sebastián. Walkable to all areas of the town in equal directions which is a huge time saver.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay, made our few days in San Sebastián very special. We have already said to Jon that we would like to come back! The apartment is in the perfect location, beautifully furnished, and tremendously relaxing. Having a balcony with a view straight to the beach is idyllic.

We have been to San Sebastián many times and Brenda’s apartment is very high on our list of top airbnbs in this beautiful city. Very clean and peaceful. Everything is walkable and Brenda is a fantastic host. Proactive from the minute we arrived until we left. Plenty of excellent restaurant recommendations and suggestions of what to do during our stay. We had perfect week coupled with the wonderful weather at the end of October. Thanks Brenda!

Great unit, plenty of space and very clean. Exactly as described and shown in photos. Perfect location, very close to beach and river, as well as many great restaurants. Vanessa was very communicative and helpful even when we arrived later than planned. Check in was very easy, parking is very easy and close by, though not very cheap. Would stay here again!

Excelente estancia en san Sebastián! Las vistas desde el departamento son de en sueño! Loli y Patxi se encargaron de que nunca nos faltara nada! Muy atentos en todo momento. Si volvemos a san Sebastián, definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí de nuevo 😊

Muy buena estancia en el casco antiguo de San Sebastian. Santi y Susan, estuvieron siempre atentos en todo momento y el acceso a la vivienda fue sin ningun tipo de problemas. Lo unico que mencionaría es que el el edificio se encontraba en obras por dentro y no eramos conscientes al llegar, pero pudimos acceder sin problema alguno. El apartamento es moderno, super agradable y cómodo (lo único que echamos en falta fue una máquina de cafe tipo Nespresso). A pesar de que el edificio no cuenta con ascensor, el apartamento se encuentra en una primera planta, y la localización es magnífica. Por la noche hay algo de ruido en la zona, pero es de esperar pues se encuentra en una zona peatonal muy transitada y con muchos locales y restaurantes. Muy recomendable!!!

First of all, the location can not be beat! It's right on the river and walkable to all the places in town. The apartment was larger than expected and easily accommodated our group. They had little extras in the space that made it even easier and more convenient to stay (like string bags and beach towels)! The owners are lovely and welcoming. If I'm ever back in SS I'd definitely stay there again!

Très bel appartement pour 6 personnes avec terrasse en rooftop ! Parfait ! L’appartement se situe à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville dans un quartier calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Eric qui nous a aussi donné les bonnes adresses locales !

Logement propre, décoration soignée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’extérieur est vraiment un plus.

Nous avons passés un séjour génial. La maison très agréable, au calme, parfait pour se ressourcer et partir faire de belles et longues balades. Le jacuzzi est un énorme PLUSSS 🫶. A côté de St Pée, Espelette, Dantxaria, Sare, Ainhoa.... Idéalement situé. L'accueil fait par Nicolas, très sympa, nature, authentique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁

Très chouette appartement qui correspond en tout point à la description et aux photos. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus; Il est bien placé car central. Le train passant devant le salon n'est absolument pas génant, les chambres donnant de l'autre côté. De plus Adam a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. A recommander

Christophe et Estitxu sont vraiment incroyable. ils sont à l'écoute et très sympathique. encore merci pour les gourmandises. votre logement est un petit paradis où nous pouvons profiter du calme et de la baignoire balnéo qui aide à se relaxer. je conseille x1000 le logement et les hôtes.

Superbe airbnb, le logement est très fonctionnel, contient tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Valérie est une excellente hôte, pleine de bons conseils et recommendations. L’espace extérieur est aussi très très agréable: jardin, piscine, bbq, … Nous reviendrons!
