Great location, beautiful surroundings, the tiny house is beautiful and well equiped. Ideal location for a stop away from the city. Not too far far grocery store and such. As a side note, they are doing construction at the house as of now, so tractors, trucks and workers are going around and making noise from 8h to 17h. Did not bother us much but it might affect your peace.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir haben uns bei der lieben Claudia sofort wohl gefühlt! 🏡 Es ist wie beschrieben: ein richtig schöner Hof, naturnah und sehr tierfreundlich. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, genau wie das Bad 🚿. Das Bad ist allerdings nicht innenliegend, sondern genau gegenüber – nur 2 Sekunden zu Fuß und ebenfalls super sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Claudia ist hervorragend! 💬 Sie war sehr hilfreich, da wir aktuell in der Nähe auf Wohnungssuche sind. Außerdem ist sie eine super freundliche Person! 😊 Wir freuen uns schon darauf, sobald wir in der Nähe wohnen, auch Reitstunden für unsere Tochter bei ihr zu nehmen. Wir empfehlen Claudia und ihren Hof auf jeden Fall weiter! 🐴✨

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ochsenstall ist totals schön renoviert und hochwertig ausgestattet. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Dafür liegt sie wunderbar ruhig und idyllsich. Eva ist sehr nett und der Kontakt sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns bei Waltraud sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der Buchung hatten wir kleine Schwierigkeiten, aber Waltraud hat für alle Themen rasche und pragmatische Lösungen. Die Unterkunft ist praktisch, schön und gemütlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Waltraud hat die Unterkunft für uns auch noch weitgehend kindersicher ausgestattet. Es war ein toller Urlaub! Die Nähe zur Therme war als Kaltwetter Programm sehr willkommen.

Familie Schweitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und blitzsauber. Alles ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet und Familie Schweitzer war auch sehr verständnisvoll, wenn unsere Kinder am Abend ihre laute Stunde hatten. Wir können dieses Quartier allen Familien nur empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We spent a 3-day trip to Austria with friends over the Easter holidays and had a wonderful time. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and calming – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our Airbnb host, Martin, was extremely responsive and helpful. He provided very clear instructions regarding the house, which made everything smooth and easy. The house met all our expectations: it was clean, spacious enough for our group, and had everything we needed. The surrounding area was also very quiet and ideal for peaceful walks. There were also charming nearby villages to visit, which was great especially for the kids. All in all, we had a lovely Easter break and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm and cozy stay in Austria.

Der Aufenthalt für die 4 Tage war sehr angenehm. Christine hat die Ferienwohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine sehr moderne Küche mit allen Geräten ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten mit dem Kamin ist ein Traum. Danke für die Einladung ins Thermalbad, ich habe den Abend sehr genossen. Bei der nächsten Dienstreise 2026 bin ich wieder bei Euch. Vielen Dank für Alles....

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die winterlichen Temperaturen, haben wir den Ofen geliebt und haben uns deswegen meistens im Wohnzimmer aufgehalten. Die Natur rundherum lädt zu Spaziergängen ein und ist einfach nur idyllisch. Sara und ihre Familie sind unfassbar nett und helfen zu jeder Zeit gerne. Wir empfehlen das Airbnb von Herzen und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

War ein super Aufenthalt! Schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sara und ihr Mann waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit im Tiny House. Alles war super sauber, modern eingerichtet und durch die Smart-Home-Funktionen auch total praktisch. Die Sauna war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag draußen. Der Garten ist richtig schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal, wenn man einfach mal abschalten will. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Können wir absolut weiterempfehlen!

Die Kommunikation mit Andreas war immer freundlich und hilfreich. Die Check in Zeit konnte ich mir aufgrund der Anweisungen im Vorfeld flexibel legen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Zimmer absolut top ausgestattet mit großem TV, Wasserkocher, Padmaschine etc. Für die gemeinsame Nutzung stehen auch ein Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle direkt auf dem Flur bereit. Da es mehrere Bäder gibt, gab es keinerlei Probleme ein freies Bad zu finden. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig und idyllisch. Insgesamt ist ein Zimmer bei Andreas sehr empfehlenswert, ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen soll: Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig in ruhiger Lage - für uns als Gruppe einfach perfekt! Das Bad mit Dusche UND Badewanne und großen Schminkspiegel lässt keine Wünsche über :) Die kleine Anlage reicht vollkommen aus für gute Musik mit klaren Sound! Die Kommunikation mit Margot war TOP! An dieser Stelle nochmal Danke für die Hilfsbereitschaft & Flexibilität :) (inkl. Hammer für die brennende Bremse haha) Vielen lieben Dank für das Erlebnis in Kimpling - wir kommen gerne wieder <3

Diotima and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. We had a super restful stay and I would absolutely stay again if I were passing through the area.
