Het huis is centraal gelegen in het groene hart, 20 minuten rijden van Amsterdam, 15 minuten van de Noordzee stranden en vlakbij de oude Universiteitsstad Leiden ( 5 km) met al haar musea en leuke restaurants.

Kom genieten in deze mooie gelijkvloerse lodge gelegen aan het Braassemermeer in Rijnsaterwoude. Heerlijk wijntje met uitzicht over het meer vanuit de jacuzzi in de tuin of ga je met de zonsondergang suppen over het meer? Het is nabij de duin en bollenstreek, maar ligt ook heel centraal voor aantal steden. Amsterdam is 20 minuten rijden, zo ook Haarlem en Leiden. Zwem, vis, fiets, wandel en vaargenot midden in het groene Hart tussen de vier steden Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam en Den Haag. Het huis heeft een volledige uitgeruste keuken, eethoek en gezellige woonkamer. Aansluiten is de garderobe met toilet en trap naar boven. Boven is een kamer met stapelbed, een ruime kamer met twee persoonsbed en een uitschuifbed. De badkamer is ruim met ligbad.
