Weiter über eine Fußgängerbrücke ist in ein paar Gehminuten der historische Stadtkern zu erreichen mit dem Markplatz und all den diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Arztpraxen und weiteren Angeboten des täglichen Bedarfs. A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Für eine dritte Person kann die Schlafcouch (1,20m ) im Wohnzimmer genutzt werden. Die Terrasse zum Hinterhof ist über das Schlafzimmer erreichbar und du kannst dort die Abendsonne genießen. Es befindet sich ein Bäcker im Haus. Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
