Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

We rent our cute vacation home in Aurich / East Frisia in an idyllic and quiet location, 3 kilometers from downtown. Although the former bakery is only 22 m², it is lovingly and extensively equipped. Combined living and bedroom with fitted kitchen, toilet with shower and covered (not visible) terrace and garden area with garden furniture, grill, sun loungers.
