From the train station we can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Weather permitting, you can sit with us in the green inner courtyard.

Very nice apartment, just like in the pictures. We noticed that Luis knows what he's doing - every cabinet was labeled and there were also spices, vinegar & oil as well as coffee for free We will definitely be back :)

The apartment is beautiful, the terrace perfect. Everything looks the same as the photos. Great amenities, everything you need (coffee tabs, tea bags, salt, kitchen roll...) The location is super central. The only disadvantage is perhaps that the tram is quite loud; if you have the windows open. With the window closed, it's no problem. Great communication Thanks, we really had a great weekend!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Kaja's place. The bakery and small supermarket were very convenient. The area was quiet and we loved the balcony. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. We found the music box particularly practical and the greeting attentions were attentive. Parking at the house was relaxed. Sauna worked great. A small thing that certainly does not bother everyone is that you could not darken both windows in the bedroom. But otherwise it was great and we would come back again!

Great apartment hidden away in centre of Graz. Short walk from station and the centre of city. Beautifully furnished and spacious. Very enjoyable one night stay!

I stayed with Verena for 3 months as part of an assignment abroad and felt right at home when I moved in, among other things because the apartment is very clean (no dust, no lime stains, etc.). In particular, the floor, furniture and sanitary facilities were very clean. The equipment of the apartment is very good and also very well described, in the 3 months I did not have to make any compromises! Overall, I like the apartment as well as the location of the apartment very much. I could only recommend the apartment to everyone! Greetings from the North of Germany!

We had a great three days in Graz. Ingrid's wonderful apartment contributed to this, which was comfortable, clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities. It was very comfortable for our 10 month old as well as our puppy. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the center, the neighborhood is quiet and tidy. The parking lot in front of the house and a wonderful big park. Thank you so much Ingrid for everything.

My parents stayed in the apartment of Barbara for one week. They were really happy with the flat! It was beautiful, cozy and tidy, felt like home immediately. The apartment was very well equipped, and definitely huge plus points for all the kitchen equipment! The flat had a large variety of cooking equipment, plates, cups and cutlery. Barbara was very friendly and replied to all my messages immediately. I can highly recommend staying in this apartment! :-)
