House vacation rentals in Grand Cayman

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and Julie was a wonderful host. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Looking forward to the next visit.

As advertised. Beautiful location near the quiet Rum Point side of the island. Our group had a blast and the property manager was a joy.

Great stay in a fantastic house located at a peaceful location on the island away from the crowded George Town /Seven Mile Beach tourist area. Lots of local places to eat that you can check out using Google maps that are great tasting cheap eats compared to Seven Mile Beach area. House is well equipped with everything you will need for a great Cayman vacation, including snorkeling equipment and floatation vests for great snorkeling on the reef just off the beach. Kayaks also! The house is very comfortable and roomy. Had 6 adults and two kids in our party and never once felt clustered or crowded. Your Host Gary is always available to answer any questions, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay at Beach Plum Villa. You wont be sorry. Thanks Gary!

This house is great! The pool was clean. Across the street is the ocean. It’s a short walk to the blow holes. Although it’s on the opposite side of the island from most popular spots, it is in a very peaceful location. Commuting across the island is easy.

Great location! So much to do right there either a short walk or drive away. With a car you have easy access to the Crystal Caves, the Botanical Garden and everything on the east side. (Don’t miss the parrot sanctuary!) The house itself is perfect! You can tell that the owners use the house themselves as the kitchen is well equipped. The lanai makes dining a pleasure. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great little home and a small eight home development. Friendly neighbors with small children that our kids played with. Home wasn't a great location about 10 to 15 minutes from the ritz/kimpton/7 mile beach. Quick 3 to 5 minute walk to Papagallo's and the hotel across the street. Quick 5 minute drive to a small 24/7 grocery store, macabuca restaurant and snorkel/dive spot. Host was always super responsive and helpful. They even left their books and toys for our children at the same age. Nice books and toys not leftover junk from the thrift store. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Garth’s place. The place is very large, with two very large bedrooms with large beds in each, and each bedroom has its own full shower / bathroom. There’s also a third half bathroom. Great for a family. The place was very clean. Garth was very good with communication. Locationwise it’s in a great community. You may need to use public transport or rent a car since it’s not on the beach, but the price we paid was great compared to locations by the beach, and this place is a lot larger than those. As for essentials, if you are planning to cook you may want to get in touch with Garth ahead of time if you need ingredients for cooking, we bought a few things from Hurleys supermarket which is very close. Overall I recommend Garth’s place.

This is my 3rd trip (and not my last) to the Sea Lodge near Rum Point for my bday week of self care and reflection. Each time I visit the Sea Lodge it more than exceeds my expectations. The place is simply paradise. To be steps away from the sea. Practically have your own private beach and to feel right at home was a treat. You can not ask for anything better if you are looking for a peaceful, calm, serene, private spot to call your own. The amenities were amazing. The cleanliness of the property and of course having Ms. Barbara and Mr. Linford available to answer any questions there was just a special treat. This year was my first year in Villa #15. And it will not be my last. My interactions from day 1 with Guillaume spot on. He and his wife are a joy to work with in planning my vacay. I consider Villa #15 my home away from home. The staff at the Welcome Center were friendly and welcoming. Once a week, staff come inside to clean the pool so don't be alarmed you see them inside in the morning. They're just there to make your experience better. Take advantage of the free kayak and snorkeling gear they let you borrow. It was free entertainment kayaking and snorkeling at the beach just a few steps away every morning.

This place was amazing! We loved it from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave. It immediately felt like home—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked. There were board games, toys for all ages, plenty of kitchen supplies (even a thermos and extra water bottles), and a great selection of books for kids and adults. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect for my toddlers to run around freely. The nearby beach was beautiful and just a short walk away, though a bit rocky for swimming. We often drove to Seven Mile Beach instead, though traffic was sometimes an issue. The house had everything we could need, plus thoughtful extras like a wireless vacuum to clean up tracked-in sand and a nice surprise left in the fridge for us upon arrival. It was truly a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it!

This is where you want to stay and this is where you want to be. A responsive host. A beautiful setting. A memorable spot to do something or nothing at all. This is it.

Cayman Sands was a spacious villa with a beautiful view for our 5 adult and 5 children group to all be together. We liked the privacy of being nestled into the neighborhood. The big open floor plan provided great space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, dish-ware, etc. Was great to have a washer /dryer and ice machine right in the unit. The beach was great for walking and looking for beautiful shells & sea glass (despite spots along the way sprinkled with bottle caps, broken plastic, etc that we collected for disposal). For swimming the beach was not suitable for young kids - right at the water line were lots of coral and some anemones tucked in. The adults easily accessed the water with kayaks provided with the villa and were able to snorkel right off the beach. The kids loved the pool! Loved the trees at the villa for forts climbing. Also went to various activities on the island to explore. Great variety of yummy restaurants and local cooks/chefs to hire.

Everything about our stay was amazing, the house is even nicer than in the pictures, it is very well stocked with games, books and the kitchen has everything that you need. The beds are very comfortable. The house is very private for a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. The views sitting on the deck were gorgeous and we swam with stingrays off of the cabana and lots of coral and reefs for snorkeling. The girls at the welcome center were very sweet and helpful and the property manager and his wife are extremely nice people. This house is absolute paradise and I can't wait to book it again, we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

Excellent! It was one of the best rentals we ever stayed in. The kitchen and supplies were excellent, beds were comfortable, linens and towels plentiful, grounds and pool well maintained, and the management company was very helpful and easy to work with. We snorkeled right out the back, from shore. There has been coral bleaching since the last trip to Cayman in 2017 but it is still beautiful. We went on a snorkel/sting ray excursion with Ocean Frontiers and it was 10 out of 10!

Incredible place to stay - the pictures are exactly how they look like when you get there. The description is pretty correct in how you’ll spend a lot of time at or near the Airbnb since there’s so much to do - snorkeling, kayaking, lounging at the pool.
