It consists of two terraces of which is one large with a beautiful view of the sea, the entire Zadar canal, Zadar and the islands. This is a tastefully decorated, newly renovated and a very functional flat which is equipped with all amenities you will need. It is located on the top floor of a small residential building, with a beautiful old-fashioned stone staircase leading three flights up to the flat. The flat has breath-taking views of the bay, and each evening you will see the famous Zadar sunsets from your window.

I recommend the Ivo apartment, which is a guarantee of a great price for a beautiful place suitable for a vacation with small children. Nice beaches, children's playgrounds, shops and pubs within reach. We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours early, but Ivo said it was no problem and we could check in right away. The apartment was clean and spacious. A nice welcome was waiting for everyone in the fridge. Thank you for a nice vacation.

We enjoyed our stay in Poljana. It is very quiet location for relaxing and if you like to explore you have also the chance to see beatiful places on Island. All you need: beach, shop and restaurant is only few min. away from house. Nina's Mom is nice als friendly , you feel welcome. We are enjoying a creative, functional and stylish interior design from apartment. We are hope to come back soon.

the flat is very nice, and also the view of the city is good. Host has been precise, and we enjoyed the hight spent in the flat.

We felt super comfortable with Martina/Marijo. The apartment was top notch with a magnificent view from the rooftop terrace. Marijo was very friendly and helpful A great host. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing place to stay at! Capacious and lovely for a group of people. The sea is within a 1 minute reach on foot from the house what is an amazing bonus! Breathtaking view on the sea! Apart from that it’s situated within a close reach of other cities so it’s really easy to commute and make 1-2 trips to somewhere from here via car! The hosts are very welcoming and always eager to help you when you need them. The house itself is newly built and furnished! Last but not least the general atmosphere is very hospital, you feel as if you’re a close friend of the hosts.

The spacious living area features a large gray sofa accompanied by a modern coffee table. Light pours in through large windows, highlighting the natural stone walls and airy vaulted ceiling. A staircase leads to a lofted space, overlooking the open floor plan.

We had a great stay here! Wonderful location right in the old town and a lovely apartment with everything you need! We were 4 adults and fit comfortably using the sofa bed :) would definitely recommend.
