Van kuce se nalazi velika terasa sa stolom,ljuljackom,vrtnom garniturom,bazenom,sunčalištem i ležaljkama,sadržajem zabdjecu. Kučni ljubimci su također dobro došli. Kuča pruža prekrasan pogled na more,vidljive susjedne otoke Pag,Cres,Lošinj...Mir i priroda koja okružuje kuču joj daje poseban ugođaj.
