A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

You’ll love my place because of peaceful environment full of flowers, olive trees and perfumes of sea, mixed with salt and pine aetheric oils. Beach is only few steps away from apartment, you can refresh in the clear sea and return to the shadow of your terrace. In the backyard is stone BBQ and wooden table under the grapevine shadow, great for relaxing evenings.
