You can enjoy the fun with the whole family in this wonderful place. A unique place for Public Accommodation and Organizations. Very close to Uludağ and Downtown spots with Central Location. A place with no parking problem and all kinds of social space around it. It offers a peaceful and spacious holiday with your family. Any transportation is available. For this reason, we cannot accept unmarried couples on the family site of our villa with regret. Drinking alcohol etc. inside our villa is strictly forbidden.

Ideal for families and groups of friends, the villa is located in Öykütepe, 2 km from Tirilye, a former fisher village. Establishing a strong connection between modern architecture and natural surroundings, this house has a pool hidden within the forest and panoramic mountain, valley and sea views. It can be used as two separate dwellings with a drop-down mezzanine door. There is a vegetable garden and fruit trees in the garden. It is 90 minutes away from Istanbul and 25 minutes away from Bursa.

It is close to Uludağ University and just a few minutes' walk to the market and cafes. We have other apartments in the same building for crowded guests in my listing!
