Everything was very good, except the service leaves a little to be desired. problems we had to solve ourselves, no one comes to help...

A very good place to stay where the whole group felt comfortable. Arrived late for check-in, but with good communication, flexible check-in was possible. The place was clean and has enough space for 7 people. I'd love to come back again and again!

We had a pleasant stay in this vast house with stunning views of the valley (we will miss it). The house is very large, you won't be cramped, or in the pool by the way! Everything is available in the rental to spend a very good holiday, all carefully decorated. Bedding is new and very nice (rare in a rental). And finally, a very, very big thank you to our host Catia who was able to answer all our little personal worries (I found my car keys😀) As you can see, I can only advise you to stay there See you soon Stéphane

Beautiful apartment for a short trip to Porto! We enjoyed it!

Very nice apartment, very well located five minutes from Ribeira very clean, with a breathtaking view of the Douro

Strengths: - communication, - responsiveness to problems, - ideal location close to Porto, buses, metro, and highways for more distant visits, - Bread offered every morning - large apartment and as described - binder available with lots of useful information. Cons: - poor sound insulation. We live with the neighbors upstairs - 2 roosters singing very early in the morning - perhaps another table or office area is needed indoors the 2 minuses are certainly less noticeable with the sun and a more outdoor daily life on the two terraces that we were unable to use because of mixed weather. In conclusion, the price and the accommodation offered are consistent for a good stay.

Wonderful accommodation. The apartment is large, has a beautiful view, was very clean, has several kitchen utensils, the rooms are extremely comfortable, with clean and excellent quality bed and bath linens. The building is organized, well located, we do not hear noise from other apartments, the garage is great, the employee of the concierge is very attentive. No complaints. They were wonderful days with my family. I recommend this apartment.

Very quiet area, impeccable accommodation, everything as shown in the photos. For future occasions and trips to Portugal, I would be happy to stay in the apartment again. The host Alberto was already waiting for us upon arrival, a very friendly and helpful person, he welcomed us and showed us the entire apartment. Everything was perfect, the entire apartment was very complete in terms of facilities and amenities. Parking area in front and easy parking in the accommodation area. I recommend it one hundred percent, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Very cute, quiet place! The right place to relax, for example at the associated communal pool. If you want to take care of yourself, you should be well on foot or have a car with you (the mini supermarket around the corner is unfortunately permanently closed, next mini supermarket about 25 min walk). The neighbors are very friendly!

My husband and I enjoyed a marvelous stay at Art Douro! Great location, stylish decor and efficient kitchen. While it was a bit of a trek to the vibrant area of Nova de Gaia and city of Porto, it was a pleasant walk along the river. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and loved the view while dining from the table in the living room. Evening drinks on the balcony were lovely as we viewed the moon and the lights of Porto glistening on the river. Thank you for the easy check in, prompt communication, and comfortable accommodation!

Very comfortable and well furnished apartment for 4 people. There was absolutely everything needed. The private garage was a very nice extra.

Location was perfect and apartment was just as shown. We enjoyed the outside space. Host Immediately responded when we could not figure out how to operate the TV! Definitely would stay there again.

Much more than a very nice accommodation, Sonia gives all the tips and good addresses for a wonderful stay. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher. Great!! Recommended.
