Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. A proper home. Wonderful, spacious apartment. Beautiful shutters that allowed a cool through breeze. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable beds! And a very thoughtful and generous host. So lovely, she left a delicious bag of baby cakes for our toddler upon arrival, alongside milk, butter, bread and other goodies.

Six weeks stay in this lovely apartment was best holiday ever. Place was excellent and we enjoyed every second. I can recommend this beautiful apartment and location to all who want to enjoy nice time in beautiful Cote d’Azu. Service was excellent and hosts were so nice and helpful. Myriam is a very responsive host and offers good advice. The place is as pictured, very clean and located in a very quiet area. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts. Pool level, given the weather we didn't go to see it😉. Everything was really great, we'll go back without a second thought.

Very good spot, with easy access to the Palais de Festivals et des Congres de Cannes and restaurants, cafes, etc. It also has a very nice view! If I find myself in Cannes again, I will definitely prefer it!

Great view and impressive location. Beautiful terraces and balconies. The train passing by hardly disturbed. Two beaches in 10-15 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the direct path down to the beach, which used to exist, is unfortunately no longer accessible. Very pleasant stay.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

A nice house, but the location is what makes it exceptional. Direct access to the Calanques, perfect for snorkeling, swimming among the coves, scrambling over the rocks and enjoying the spectacular view. Highly recommended!

This is a very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The grocery store is just over a block away and a great bakery is nearby. The location near the beach and train station is a real bonus. We appreciated the space for two cars and having an outdoor terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. Pierrick was very responsive to all our questions from our first inquiry. Everything we needed for a 22 month year old toddler was available including a crib, change table, high chair and even beach toys. We highly recommend Eve and Pierrick's place.

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. A fantastic time under the promising sun and coast that only the South of France can deliver. Idylic setting and apartment situated in the old town of Antibes. If you want to wake up with a view of the blue Mediterranean Sea and Cape d’Antibes; Lise’s apartment will satisfy all of your wants.

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

We stayed for 3 nights. The view was spectacular, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Communication went very smoothly, Christopher and his team were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying at Clara's apartment. The complex and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The amenities were completely sufficient for us and everything was available to have a relaxing stay. We hope to be able to come back😊.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. We had a great stay! The co-host (Görkem) was super friendly and responsive, always available and happy to help. He gave us lots of great recommendations before our arrival, which made planning our trip much easier. Everything we asked for was possible to arrange, which we really appreciated. The place itself is small but perfect for two people, and if you want to use the sofa as a bed, you just need to ask and they’ll prepare it for you. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!
