Milly was super friendly, always available, lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area, in contact nice and friendly, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in the kitchen and bathroom and there was wine and ice cream to welcome you - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day out, plenty of loungers even when the house is fully occupied.

I met and checked in with Catia, who met me at the building entrance for check in. Showing me around and everything the flat and the area has to offer. Communication throughout the entire process was great and Catia was always quick to respond and made sure I had everything I needed. The area is great and very walkable. The tram station = 3 minutes (for the airport and around Nice) The Nice-ville train station = 13 minutes Main bus station (to go to Eze) = 25 minutes Old Town = 10 minutes Shopping and restaurants = 3 minutes The flat was just what we needed. Decent amount of space, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, walkable location, with an in unit washer. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the unit to a friend. The one thing I would have preferred was to have (offer) self check in. Having to coordinate an exact check in time was difficult for me since I didn't know until the day of.

Superb duplex old Antibes very central AC, terrace

We spent such an incredible month in this apartment that it was difficult to leave! We loved everything about it! Located on a quiet street off the square in Vieux Antibes, it was walking distance to the entire area! The Picasso Museum, Fort Carre, Port Vauban, Juan les Pins, the lighthouse and the beach all within walking distance. There are 2 grocery stores nearby and of course, a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie. The train station was also nearby, so we were able to visit Nice, Cannes, Menton, etc. Our downstairs neighbor was extremely kind and welcoming. There is a lovely terrace off the top of the unit where we enjoyed our lunch everyday overlooking the rooftops of Antibes! The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a stair/ladder leading to the top level where there were an additional 2 single beds...We were there in March, so although there were a lot of tourists around, it was not overwhelming. We can't wait to return!

Well located apartment but poorly insulated the neighbors were noisy and the train right in front of the bedroom window is unpleasant. Duvets or extra blanket are missing because the one that is present are very thin . We were cold at night , so we turned on the heaters . I had booked for 4 people and upon arrival it would be nice to have the sofa open with the bed linen installed for the next people think about it! Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessities

Inna was a wonderful host! She was incredibly communicative with us and met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the space. The apartment was exactly as described in photos and was the perfect sanctuary during my work trip at Cannes. There was plenty of space (I had my family with me) for each of us and I really appreciated having working AC in all rooms. Shops and restaurants were very close by - I would definitely stay here again.

Hi, I missed the last connecting train between Toulon and St Raphael because of a collision deposited in a train station (Trapped Collis? ) I had to decide to sleep in a hotel in Toulon It was very late to cancel my airbnb room, I let my host know. Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. I would highly recommend it!

Christian and Nina’s place is exactly what is pictured. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The balcony overlooks the Tennis Club and is a fun place to watch the players. There is a mini grocery store a short walk away and a larger store less than a mile. If you rent a car, ask for a small one as the parking space in the building is typically pretty small. The A/C works great, the shower is very nice and all the instructions for the appliances are included with a variety of other details about the apartment. We would happily return for another stay!

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!
