We were only visiting briefly and we liked it very much. Everything was as described and very clean. Olaf and his wife were super nice. Everything went smoothly. There was even a covered parking space for our car. The surroundings are very quiet and you can get into nature in no time. Glad to come back!

We felt very well taken care of. We didn't lack anything. Wood for the fireplace was always replenished without asking. Everything was clean. We'll be back for sure.

It was a mega nice stay, especially with toddlers. The waterfront property, the indoor pool, the terrace on the first floor. We will definitely come back! Thank you for a great stay.

The property is located in a pretty house and is very inviting, well equipped, spacious and bright. There were four of us (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we had a wonderful time. The surroundings are beautiful and invite you to stroll (between many lilac trees), the nearby lake is very idyllic and can be reached via a beautiful path on foot. Daniel is a very attentive host, we felt very welcome. Thank you!

The apartment is a dream, we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The whole ambience and the lovingly decorated and well-equipped apartment made our girls weekend unforgettable. Due to the central location we were able to explore Rostock super on foot, highly recommended an evening city tour.

Beautiful accommodation with two rooms. The very small one has a bunk bed... Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. We were able to adjust our bikes and park in the parking garage 250 m away with our bus (height 1.95)... So everything is great.

Holger and his family were super hospitable and we felt very welcome. There is plenty to discover on the grounds for children. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable.

We had a very nice time in the conservatory apartment! Communication and arrival were very good and hassle-free. In particular, the very beautifully landscaped and spacious garden should be highlighted. In addition to many seats, there is also a children's playground! The living and dining area in the conservatory of the apartment is also very great and can be opened extensively to the garden. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away! We'll be back!

We traveled spontaneously with 3 generations of 5. Florian was always available in the short time and was there to help and guide us. We had trouble getting into the apartment via the app because there was no cell phone reception in the house. Less tech-savvy (grand) parents need their grandchildren to get into the accommodation without stress😅. The apartment is fantastic and exceeded all expectations. The amenities are functional and stylish at the same time. Everything has its place and you are inspired to "convert" your home accordingly right after returning home! 😉 Linens and towels are sufficiently provided. Everything was super clean and maintained. We had a wonderful time in the beach apartment and on the Baltic Sea. Watching the sunset "around the corner" quickly becomes a ritual. We just felt comfortable immediately and were able to enjoy the time very much ✨ The house is really wonderfully cozy, practically furnished and very inviting with attention to detail. Everything you could wish for is there and stays with children are also well taken care of. Our son was particularly impressed by the great dog who is really absolutely magical. Peter had good recommendations for us on what to do in the area and was always ready to listen. It's a great place for rest and relaxation. We really enjoyed the week at Marzena's. The accommodation is very quietly located within walking distance of the lake, where you can also use the rowing boat, e.g. for fishing. We were also allowed to use the garden and bicycles, which we liked very much. Beautiful bike rides and hikes can be started from the property. Marzena always provided us with good tips on excursions and restaurants here and was always responsive. If we were to come back to the area again, we would not hesitate to come back.

We had a wonderful time with our toddlers in Hubert's apartment. It is lovingly decorated, equipped with everything you need in everyday life and excellently located to explore the area by public transport. The property is enchanting, the view over the garden to the lake makes you forget any stress in record time. The shared use of the garden was especially great for the children, a huge adventure, which started every morning directly from the terrace. And finally, the hospitable and courteous manner of the landlords rounded off the perfect stay. We can't wait for our next visit!

We used the accommodation as a family of four for a short vacation. The apartment is clean, cozy and in a quiet residential area. It feels very warm, so you don't feel like you're in a sterile hotel room. The space is completely sufficient and the apartment well equipped. Gladly come again.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊
