5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

In 2004 I got the chance to design my own family's week-end house in the village Pigniu. This fabulous place at 1300 meters above sea in the Surselva Region of Graubünden province, above the Town Ilanz, was well-known to me, for my parents owned an old farmhouse until the 1980ies here. The Spiral shaped chalet has the form of a band, changing from concrete in the base to wooden shingles upwards. The house is designed to connect us to the landscape we love. You will heat with chopped wood.

A mountain chalet features a wooden exterior and a spacious balcony that extends around the front. The entrance is framed by natural stone and lawn, with steps leading to a well-maintained path. Clear skies and lush greenery create a serene outdoor setting.

Newly renovated Chalet by slopes, 2-7 Pax, 4 Rms

Our Beautiful, cosy mountain chalet has been recently renovated with designer furniture. We have newly built a very large terrace with direct access to the garden, with amazing views. The chalet is located an hour drive from Zurich, in Arvenbühl, at 1250m altitude. The chalet is ski in-ski out. It has 3 bedrooms: 1 main bedroom with a queen bed, a second smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and on the top floor (low ceiling), there are 4 additional beds. It is perfect for a family of 2 to 7.

A dining area is furnished with a white table surrounded by six chairs in various colors. A warm fireplace is positioned beside the table, and a large mirror reflects the space. Wooden beams and a cozy atmosphere enhance the setting.

Slightly set back - not directly on the street. Weesen am Walensee with its old town and beaches can be reached in 10 minutes. You are in one of the most beautiful hiking paradises with direct routes to the Speer, Mattstock or Leistkamm. The city of Zurich can be reached in 50 minutes and Rapperswil in 25 minutes by car.

The apartment (70 m2) has 1 bedroom (queen size bed) and 1 sleeping facility in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with walk-in shower according to Italian style.
