Incredibly beautiful place! Very hospitable host and family. You can walk to beach and into town (easy walk if you are active, if mobility issues it would be best to drive), we enjoyed the walk! Gorgeous and would love to visit again!

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, es ist noch nie schöner und größer als auf den Bildern und äußerst modern eingerichtet. Es war makellos sauber und alles war vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann unbedingt empfehlen mit den Brüdern des Gastgebers eine Rafting Tour zu unternehmen. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung und ein toller Service! Auch bei anderen Fragen rund um die Umgebung und zu Land und Leuten kann der Bruder von Guxim einem spannende Sachen (auf Englisch) erzählen! Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte drängt sich aber auch niemand auf. Die perfekten Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

I recently had a delightful stay at this charming accommodation. The house was impeccably clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Its proximity to the historic center was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from Rita. Her welcoming nature lifted our spirits and made us feel like part of the family. The fresh cherry tomatoes and seasonal products she provided were absolutely delicious and added a lovely touch to our stay. Всего одна ночь в гостях у Флоры и Гектора оставила в памяти ярчайший след! Эти удивительные люди умеют за несколько часов создать атмосферу, которую другие не смогут повторить и за неделю. С первой минуты мы ощутили искреннее гостеприимство. Флора сразу угостила нас напитками и десертом, а после, Гектор с радостью показал окрестности. Вечером нас ждал невероятно вкусный домашний ужин из продуктов с их огорода. Каждая ложка передавала заботу и тепло хозяйских рук! Помимо прочего, Гектор и Флора прекрасные собеседники. И даже несмотря на то, что мы говорили на разных языках, зачастую понимали друг друга без переводчика. Их гостеприимство настолько естественно, что к утру мы чувствовали себя не гостями, а их родственниками! И хотя наш визит был коротким, впечатления остались самые теплые. Чистота, удобная кровать, тишина деревенской ночи и петухи по утру - всё сложилось в идеальную картину настоящей Албании. Мы безумно благодарны им, за каплю домашнего уюта в нашем путешествии!

Das Haus ist leicht zu finden, da es auf einem Hügel steht und von der anderen Flusseite gut zu sehen ist. Check-in unkompliziert, weil Katerinas Eltern im Erdgeschoss wohnen und dementsprechend immer anwesend sind. Sehr nette Menschen, vor allem die Mutter, die uns mehrmals leckeres Essen brachte. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Aussicht auf Permet und Umgebung. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. In der Stadt gibt es einige Restaurants, wo man gut essen kann. Uns hat das Familjari am besten gefallen. Umgebung von Permet ist wunderschön, als Naturliebhaber kommt man sicher voll auf seine Kosten. Alles in allem eine sehr gelungene Sache.

We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the sea view. Served as a good base to explore the town, nearby beaches and local sites such as Butrint. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk to the sea front if you take the shortest route via steps. Parking was on the street so wasn’t always easy to find a nearby spot. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Logement très pratique pour visiter Gjirokaster. Le parking est facile près de l'appartement. Après, on peut tout visiter à pieds. Merci à Orest pour la lessive qui est facile à faire sécher.

Host was very communicative and proactively checked in to see if we needed anything. They met us at the door to welcome us and explain everything. Great location a few minutes walk from town. Wifi was strong enough for video calls.

Nice apartment, not too far from sea🏖️ Big and spacious area. I would recommend anyone to walk and not drive because the parking anywhere is a nightmare and we got two tickets whilst we was at here. Apartment was good, has everything you need and a lovely view of the sea 🌊 Lots of stairs to go up so if you have big luggage be prepared! About 70 steps up but it’s fine if you are able. Close to ksamil 30 minute drive, blue eye around 45 minutes. thanks Mirela! 😊

Topcommunicatie. Bij aankomst problemen met de wifi door een storm, host bleef bereikbaar en is zelfs nog langs geweest. Prachtig uitzicht, zonsondergang is top. Zelfs dolfijnen zien zwemmen vanaf het balkon. Volgend jaar komen we zeker terug.

Feride was an amazingly responsive and helpful host. Home is great for short stays. And the view from balcony was spectacular. There are lots of markets, bar and cafes around. The location was okay for me but way to home is a bit hilly or laddery.

Klodian’s place was actually even better than expected! Lots of space, impeccable clean, breathtaking view from the balcony. Only regret was to leave so soon. Highly recommended!!

Lovely airbnb in a great location to explore Sarandë. All is exactly as on the pictures. Easy communication with the host, amazing view from the balcony and close to restaurants, bars and the beach. We would 100% come back. Thank you Aljon for having us!

Très beau séjour au sein de ce logement qui était parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Logement bien equipé et très propre. L'hôte est disponible et très reactif aux messages . Aussi il a su nous aider pour divers informations logistiques. Le logement est situé à 13 min de la plage, des restaurants et supermarchés, bel atout. En pente raide, mieux vaut avoir une belle condition physique. Je recommande évidemment ce logement pour un séjour à sarande, que ce soit entre amis ou en famille.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative. We arranged our check in time in advance, and she greeted us at the door when we arrived. The apartment was very modern and absolutely spotless! The walk to/from the beach was steep but not too far, and there were many grocery stores nearby.

The accommodation was in top notch condition, looked extreamly professional and had all the amenities listed! The host was also phenomenal, called before we checked in and recommended some great beaches and activities for us to partake in during our stay - always available if we needed anything too. What a friendly guy!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beachfront, walking street, and grocery stores. Having the basic kitchen essential helped us be extra comfortable since we could choose to stay in and cook dinner or go out to the nearby restaurants. We had no trouble with parking or using any of the flat's amenities.

Baki makes you feel at home in Sarandë! He personally came to welcome us eventhough our plans were delayed due to a rental car that was delayed. We arrived very late and eventhough this was the case Baki personally greeted us. The stay was lovely. 🤩 Great big balconies that overlook the gorgeous Sarandë bay 🌅located in the more quiet area, not in the central part of the city. Which gives you the benefit that you are further away from clubs that have loud parties. A great combo of being in peace and quiet and then have the Sarandë city within walking distance. Would highly recommend this place and would love to go back some day. Thanks Baki for the nice stay and your hospitality. I hope next time we get to do this coffee we discussed 😅

We had a great time. The supermarket is right next to the entrance. Apartment was huge for 3 - we loved it.
