Dear Peter, hiring both the upstairs and downstairs was the perfect solution for our large family to visit Braunschweig and attend a family wedding in Riddagshausen. Spacious, modern and the ideal location to relax. We even had our extended family around for a courtyard bbq the day after the wedding. Everybody was thrilled with the property and facilities. Hopefully, we will be able to do the same again in coming years for large family gatherings. Thank you for providing this stunning property through Airbnb.

I was able to spend some wonderful relaxing days with Monika and immediately felt comfortable. My dog and I were warmly welcomed and Monika also inquired repeatedly whether everything was OK. I found the apartment amazingly large and it has everything you need. I enjoyed the tranquility very much and the proximity to the Elbe side canal, where you can take a wonderful walk - as well as on the numerous dirt roads around. I could have lain in the meadow for hours, watching the swallows or admiring the peacock. I'll be more than happy to come back! Thanks for a great stay!

Barbara is welcoming. The accommodation is functional, warm, clean. It is located in a quiet area with an undeniable asset, the terrace overlooking the woods. I highly recommend it. Access to public transport is close as are the shops.

We were there because we were at a wedding nearby. The place is very nice and idyllic. Tobias was very friendly and spontaneous! One day before arrival, he made it possible for 2 adults and a baby to be accommodated. He was so accommodating, I still think that's totally awesome. And such a feel-good garden, where the chickens run free, you can swing, jump on the trampoline, chill 👌🏻😊 I was very happy with everything! Thanks again for everything!

Beautiful, light and clean apartment. Free parking on the street, easy to walk to restaurants. Very comfortable beds. We loved our stay and definitely recommendate! Jooeun answered very quickly to our questions and communication was easy and friendly.

We spent three nights in Stederdorf because it is great centrally located between Harz and Heath, city and country. Manfred and Antonia are very friendly. The apartment is modern, super clean and well equipped. It is just off the main road, but nothing can be heard when the windows are closed. At night it is quiet and you can also open the windows. A public parking lot is few meters away. Since we were on site with a toddler, we were allowed to stay right in front of the house. Super nice! Our stay was perfect all around.

We have enjoyed our stay in Daniel's apartment. The apartment offers everything you need – plenty of space and a small balcony overlooking the backyard. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great weekend in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there to sleep, which was almost too bad for such a great apartment.

The host is very nice. The room is also fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which is simply my favorite and supported us to make a lot of Chinese food. Despite the small problem with the heating, the host was very helpful and felt good. I will contact the host next time I come back!

Very nice reception, very modern furnishings, everything you need is available, the highlight is the pool, which is very clean and large enough that you can use it at any time. Very suitable for people with dogs, rural location for beautiful walks and not far from the city to experience something. Nice restaurant nearby (2 min. walk). Value for money very good. Includes parking. For dogs, an extra piece of garden is offered. Smooth uncomplicated check-out. Perfect all around, we will be happy to come back.

The host Ben is very nice.👍🏻 We are here for the exhibition. It is about 20 minutes from the exhibition hall. Ben will pick you up and drop you off when he is free (he picked us up and dropped us off most of the time during our stay). We stayed in an open room upstairs with a kitchen and a refrigerator full of food and drinks for us to use.Mainly, a rice cooker is provided. Although it is old-fashioned, it is completely usable!My colleagues and I were very satisfied with the 11-day stay. If I have the chance to come again next year, I will choose their home again.

We were with 6 girls for a weekend in the penthouse and it was a very nice stay. When we arrived everything was clean and just as shown in the pictures. Since we were only there for a weekend, it was very accommodating for us that the kitchen was equipped with basic items. Something like spices, sugar, rice, oil… were available. But otherwise there are shops in the vicinity that can also be reached on foot. We had nice weather and were therefore also on the balcony, which is also equipped with a table. In the evening we were in the hot tub, where everything worked out after a short question and try. The hostess was always available and also helped quickly. We would love to come again in the summer.

We had a super nice weekend. The place was super clean and even nicer than in the photos. Bringing our dog was not an issue. For those who want to use the hot tub, the information is probably still interesting that it must already be turned on in the morning at winter temperatures so that it has the desired temperature in the evening.
