We loved staying here. The location was ideal for access to many of the nearby attractions while also being in a safe and quiet area at night. The local restaurants were fantastic and the neighborhood was friendly while also feeling like you’re getting the local experience in Cartagena. The rooms were clean, the AC worked very well in the rooms, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well.

Awesome place to stay. We went in a large group and had all 5 apartments on the 36th floor. Fantastic view, pictures don’t do justice. Beach is literally across the street, pool on top floor. Washer and dryer came in handy. They provided coffee and detergent. Colombian coffee is a plus! There were more bathrooms in the bigger apartments than we thought. The largest apartment had 3 bathrooms! Was overall perfect for what we needed and the communication was great. Would definitely come again.

El apartamento es MAS cómodo y agradable de lo que se ve en la fotos, perfecto para estancias largas y cortas. Don Alvaro, el anfitrión se asegura de brindarte TODAS las comodidades y ayuda que necesitas. Su atención hace que sobre pase las expectativas que tienes. Linda vista, ventilado, tiene aire acondicionado en las 2 habitaciones y sala, funcionan perfectos. Tiene cubeta y juguetes de playa para niños, no compren. Te deja implementos como: Jabon de baño, loza y ropa. Café, porron de agua y frutas. Todo limpio y en excelente estado. 5 lindas piscinas, con buena vista y acceso directo a la playa. Edificio sobre via ppal, fácil de tomar el taxi, uber y demas. Al lado de un restaurante agradeble con precios entre $12.000 y $55.000 por plato. Al lado minimarket y cerca un ara. Todo genial. Buena comunicación y recomendaciones.

El apartamento de Jack es mucho mejor que en las fotos, el lugar es hermoso con fácil acceso a la playa, los porteros muy amables y dispuestos a colaborar con todo. Quedé muy muy feliz. Volvería siempre a este mismo apartamento. Súper recomendado.

We enjoy staying there in Cartagena. There was an issue with the bed, but they were quick to try to accommodate, quick response, and took ownership of all issues. I would recommend to go there again. Specially since it is very hot in Cartagena overall, the A/c was great and the look to the beach and city even greater! Recommended, if I go back to Cartagena again!
