Having stayed in several units in this building before, I can confidently say that his apartment stands out as one of the very best. If I ever return, this would absolutely be my first choice. The host was always quick to respond whenever I reached out and went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. He was truly outstanding in his support. Even after my stay, when I accidentally left my keys behind, he was extremely helpful and promptly arranged for their return. I’m so grateful for his exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

My 3-week stay in Ana María’s apartment was one of the best of my many trips. Check-in was smooth: reception is staffed 24/7, and my info was already on file. The apartment was clean, fully equipped (stove, fridge, washing machine, dishes, etc.), and the bed was very comfortable, with extra linens provided. It's perfectly located about 400 meters between Getsemaní and the old city with the Torre del Reloj — both just a short walk away. Despite that, it’s quiet: no honking or street noise at all. The property feels like a luxury resort, with a pool surrounded by lush tropical greenery. Security is excellent — the entrance is always locked and can only be opened by the doorman. No keys to lose or copy. Only registered guests can enter, so it feels as safe as home. All in all: a total gem. It truly doesn’t get any better than this.

Always a treat staying at this location. The best place to stay while being in close proximity to everything I mean everything!! This place also has HoT Water in the Shower! Simple pleasures. Hands down the best Airbnb host. Super responsive. Hotel treatment.

Dirk’s place mixed comfort and luxury all in one. Home away from home, it was a beautiful space with such a gorgeous aesthetic. Close enough to everything but discreet to keep you from the loudness of the city; this hidden gem is amazing. I can’t thank Dirk and his staff enough for everything

Loved our stay here. Quiet, but easy walk to the walled city. Pool was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city. The kitchen had everything you need for a short or long stay. Host was super communicative. Easy check in. Recommend to all traveling to Cartagena

We were very happy with Elsa and the accommodation provided. The views were amazing and the space was perfect. Elsa was super responsive and helpful. Close to the Walled City. Access was great and we felt very safe. Pool was a bonus. Highly recommend.

Really nice apartment in the historic center! A big plus was the washing machine and dryer in the house that we could use and the drinking water from te tap. The host always responded quickly and friendly to our messages. Definitely recommend booking this apartment!

Wonderful apartment! Walking distance from the Walled City but still nice and quiet. Pool and amenities were fantastic. The neighborhood felt fairly safe as tourists. Felt perfectly fine walking the area during the day. We were recommended to take cabs at night just in case, but we did walk the neighborhood at night safely. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). Beautiful place and view of the beach and water. You can hear and watch waves crash on the beach and watch the sunset at evening. You sit on the balcony and enjoy your night. You can hear the active night life if you sit on the balcony. Many restaurants in walking difference and you can find amenities if needed in local shop. Pool area was very nice and great look of the beach. Amazing time and enjoyed every minute. I was a little sad when I left because of that amazing view.

Very pleasant stay in the apartment, the view is incredible, access to the beach in front, supermarket and drugstore one block away, the apartment is impeccable and Sandra was very attentive the whole time to what we needed, excellent, I would return another time

I had an incredible stay at Luis' place. After booking 2 bad bookings I could not even complete, I was relieved when i walked in and was not disappointed again. I'll book it again anytime I'm there. it is just 7 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes from the tourist area. I enjoyed the peace and 24 hour security the building offers.

Beautiful and peaceful spot high in the sky. The surrounding views of the ocean are breathtaking. It’s a quick and easy uber ride to the wall or the marina. There’s a walkable grocery store. The pool wasn’t what we expected with lots of people. The unit is simple with a well equipped kitchen. The living room space is on the smaller side and there’s no tv in the common area. The balcony is wonderful, plan to spend some time out there for the sunset!

Carlos was super helpful and very proactive with our check-in process. The apartment was beautiful and he even left a nice welcome basket, which was an excellent and personal touch. Will definitely look to stay there again on my next visit.
