Excellent accommodation and in a beautiful location surrounded by the mountains with snow on top at the end of May! Highly recommend this property as a place to stay and would love to return during the Winter season.

How does one find enough superlatives to describe a phenomenal Airbnb experience? When I chose this rental, I didn’t quite understand that it’s what Americans call a Mother-in-law apartment. Completely private and autonomous yet connected to the hosts’ large home. The apartment overlooks the hosts’ small family farm. Chickens, geese, sheep, vegetables, and flowers and trees galore. Renowned architect Maurice Sauzet designed the structure. Americans will think of Frank Lloyd Wright. Wonderful. Inside you enjoy the ingenuity and dedication to top quality materials, construction, appliances, functionality and beauty. Plenty of storage. Zero clutter. Super-comfortable bed. I spent hours on the patio looking out over the trees and livestock to the snow-capped Pyrénées. Walks up the street to the top of the hill. Star-gazing at night. Discovering the rich history of the region. Please only rent this Airbnb if you’ll respect and appreciate the best in lodging and human kindness!

Lovely, quiet place to stay in Luchon. Plenty of space with a wonderful cozy living room. We loved the piano and all the kids toys! Beds were pretty comfortable. The water pressure was INCREDIBLE! Very hot but easy to manage. About a 10 minute walk to the gondola. Overall a lovely stay.

We had a great time. The place is amazing , perfectly equipped, everything is beautiful. Everything is clean and it smells good. The outside is just as much with its view of the mountains. A perfect stay in a beautiful setting! We had a great time at this cottage with splendid views of the mountains. The place is quiet, soothing, and really well located for enjoying nature. The cottage is very charming, nicely furnished and very comfortable. A real cocoon to unwind. Thank you again for hosting us and for the homemade sausage, which was delicious.

Fantastically located in a small mountain village, a vacation home with perfect and loving room and garden design. The furnishings and furniture are very high quality and extremely extensive. There's nothing missing! Vanessa and Ludo are very friendly and accommodating. You can tell that they put a lot of passion into the house. We were very reluctant to leave and would be happy to come back!

We had a great weekend in this really beautiful place! The decor is done with great taste, everything is clean and ultra pleasant to live in. The setting is just perfect for relaxing: quiet, nature, a real breath of fresh air. You feel good as soon as you arrive, it's the perfect spot to disconnect. The owners are super nice and passionate, they even showed us their working watermill, right next to the cottage, it was great. Frankly, a little piece of heaven, we'll be happy to come back!

We had a magnificent vacation in this beautiful natural setting, close to a mighty river with quiet walks along the riverbank. The nearby mountains invite you to do multiple activities and despite being in April, we were able to go up with the children to the snow with sleds and even ski in Piu Engalí. We visited a cheese factory, a restored water mill, etc. In short, a very good vacation destination with children Thanks to Kty and Julien

Great weekend The accommodation is very pleasant (especially the living room with the possibility of a fireplace and the terrace which is amazing), well equipped, the view is magnificent! Very good communication with the hosts.

I couldn't go to Gavarnie and not stay at Alain's house... it's tremendously beautiful, we were very comfortable! We were able to go up to the circus three days and see it at sunset, one rainy day and one sunny day! It's a real luxury to stay at your feet and we thank Alain for making it possible. THANK YOU!

We had a lovely stay. The house is big, clean, very well-equipped. Jean Marc is very friendly and accommodating and provides good recommendations on things to do.

Very pleasant weekend at La Soulanaise. Key box that allows for self check-in. Living room spacious enough, little extra for the fireplace. Drawback on the water flow which is really very low. It didn't bother us over the weekend but it can be more problematic over the week maybe

It has been a pleasure to stay in this house, in a privileged environment of nature overlooking the mountains and its animals. The house is beautiful and everything is new, very clean and does not lack any details even left us coffee, chocolates, things for the kitchen and even games and for sports. Excellent stay, impeccable accommodation in a small peaceful and very welcoming village. The wood stove was lit when we arrived, and we were even able to buy very good honey locally. Lots of hiking trails in the area. Ideal for unwinding but also for skiing!
