Esta vivienda recuerda a detalles modernistas que se ven en la plaza José Tomé , las vitrinas que se utilizan como lámparas y suavizan la altura del edificio en su interior que se deja tal y como era y en general los distintos encendidos de alumbrado, que no quieren decir que se pongan todos a una sino que permiten distintos ambientes. A señalar también las pinturas y el sistema de sujeción tipo museo ya que se renuevan bastante a menudo y son siempre de interes pictórico y de intimidad.
