Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Our family of five stayed in Athens for five nights and loved the home. The location is perfect - the Plaka neighborhood is quaint with lots of restaurants and shopping, not to mention incredible archeological sites, nearby. The hosts were extremely responsive and allowed early check in to accommodate our early arrival. We loved it!

Naya and her mother were exceptional hosts - not only was the apartment beautiful with every necessary amenity, but they made sure we were looked after at every turn. From the warmest welcome to sharing tips and helping us plan our time in and around Athens, we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience!

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Very kind, the place is very beautiful. There is no washing machine in the end but the host offers to wash the laundry so it's just like the end. There is A/C washing which is perfect in summer. It was very nice and the accommodation is in the place where the host lives but we are not disturbing at all we did not even meet them. In addition, the host was responsive to come and help us use the projector overnight. I recommend.

Wow is all I can say. Me and 3 friends stayed at the heART house and absolutely loved it. You can find something new and interesting to look at everyday. A beautiful home and Angie was a beautiful host, always messaging me to check up on us and giving us great recommendations for food and markets near by. It is perfectly located being far enough from the city in a relaxing part of town, but only a €6-7 taxi ride to downtown Athens. 10/10 would stay here again!

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

The host was hospitable, communicated with me all the time, very smart. The room is very clean and the location is next to the subway. I found it very easily. And the area is very beautiful!!!

The perfect place to stay for your time in Athens. The pictures of the Acropolis didn’t do it justice, such a beautiful view! The space was walking distance from many different restaurants and shops. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

We loved our stay here. Excellent location, with a myriad of sights/eateries on your doorstep. The balcony in particular was a real highlight. The fridge wasn’t very cold and there were a lot of mosquitoes at night. However, we still really enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely incredible stay! The top-floor penthouse was even better than expected — the sweeping balcony views of the Acropolis were breathtaking, especially when lit up at night. A truly unforgettable sight! The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully set up in a quiet part of town, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It really did have everything you’d need for a stay in Athens. The host went above and beyond — from the thoughtful welcome basket with food and drinks to meeting me on the street upon arrival, evening giving me tips on the best way to get from the metro and providing excellent communication throughout my stay. It really made all the difference. Getting to the city centre was easy and inexpensive, with Ubers costing less than €10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The Downtown Cutie is just that: a compact and well organised space in a fascinating neighbourhood, and within easy walking distance of the historic centre of the city. Maria is a perfect host. We hope to be back.

This apartment is in a great location in the Plaka neighborhood of Athens. About a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis, near many restaurants and shops. It was a block off of the busier shopping street, so it wasn’t too loud at night. It was just the 2 of us, but plenty of room for 3. It is a second story flat (by US terms), but not steep stairs or too hard for us (mid 60’s). Nice terrace area with a lovely view of the Acropolis. Very helpful and responsive owners. They alerted us to a taxi strike and offered solutions to get to the airport for our very early flight. We would enjoy staying here again!
