We found a very friendly welcome. Sylviane and Patrick are available and attentive hosts with whom we had very cordial exchanges. The "little house" is really big. It is spacious and very well-equipped with comfortable bedding. In good weather, you can enjoy a large outdoor space. I highly recommend this rental with its quiet environment and a few kilometers from Loué for shopping.

Very friendly, great communication from Damien with almost instant response to messages. A warm welcome to their property, waiting for us to arrive and then to show us around and hand the keys over. The place was very clean and tidy and just as described. The property was compact and comfortable, ideal for myself and my wife. The separate annex bedroom was also clean and tidy (used by my nephew & his girlfriend). The private off road parking with electric security gate was particularly welcome, having driven down to Le Mans in our classic sports cars. And to cap it all, it was an easy drive down to the car park to watch the racing at Indianapolis and Arnage Corner. I would certainly recommend it and would be very pleased to stay there again another year. Thank you.

A warm and friendly welcome, An ideal place to stay quiet in the countryside. The house was tidy and clean, we did not lack anything in addition to the fact that Daniel and his wife were able to welcome us as he should. Two people taking care of us in a friendly atmosphere:) In terms of arrival and departure times we have nothing to say because we were able to arrive and leave as we see fit for the duration of the stay. Our hosts were very welcoming, available and attentive if needed. They did their best to communicate well despite learning French during their stay. Their property allows for a totally private stay for their passing guests, our three nights were spent in complete privacy without even worrying about their presence in the neighborhood (not overlooked). the facilities are such that we don't have to cross each other, even for a wood reload. attentive and animal-friendly, we were very pleasantly welcomed in this very beautiful and quiet home, with complete autonomy. We booked for a one night stay in Le Mans to take in the sites and enjoy a visit to the 24 Hours track. Cathy communicated to us a race and events taking place at the track so we could include it in our plans. Cathy was an excellent communicator and very flexible, allowing us to check in early so we could enjoy our short time in Le Mans. The property is centrally located, an easy walk to the track, convenient location near transit and grocery store in a very peaceful setting. The property was better than the pictures, obvious that much work has been put into the home. Parking was convenient, which is as very nice as we parked the rental and walked. A great stay and many thanks to Cathy!!!!

Beautiful house, spacious, well-equipped and very pleasant to meet with friends. The kids also really liked the house as well as the outside with all the games. Lots of beautiful walks nearby and local producers to perfect the stay. We recommend!
