In 2004 we built 5 cozy lodges. Each lodge can accomodate 4 persons. There is toilet/shower in each lodge. All our houses are located less then a mile from the queens summer residence at Fredensborg Castle You can go shopping in Fredensborg. Distance: 1,5 Km. The cabin is situated right on the banks of our "put & take" lake and newly established and very popular trout stream (the only one in Denmark). The environment around Fredensborg is scenic, tranquil and well-suited for families with children. We are in the process of planning a childrens playground. There are two large grill placed directly on the bank of the lake. Or you can use the grill on the terrace at the house. We have a shop selling fishing gear, fast food, beer/beverages, etc. The shop is open every day from 7 AM till sundown. The city of Fredensborg is approximately 1 km from Fredensborg Holiday homes. Shopping in Fredensborg includes 3 supermarkets, 3 banks, bakers, restaurants, postoffice, etc. We have a good contact with a number of tourist informations which means that we can suggest various sights and excursions. Distances: Copenhagen 35 minutes, Helsingør 10 minutes, Hillerød 10 minutes and Helsingborg in Sweden 35 minutes.

Experience the beautiful little fishing village in the Plain. Accommodation in cosy rooms in the small guest houses Access to swimming in the sea from the swimming jetty of the host family. (The garden and terraces are private and belong to the family in the main house.) 6 min walk to nice beach Sletten harbor is 3 min. walk from the house and here you will also find Restaurant Sletten. It is about 1km to Humlebæk st. and from here there are direct trains to Helsingør (7 min.) and Copenhagen (25 min.) Supermarket, bakery and cafe approx. 500-1000m

Distance: walk to the beach (300 m) , forest (100 m), Louisiana Museum (900 m). Bus transport (100 m) Different grocery stores app. 2 km. Train for Copenhagen or Helsingør app. 2 km. Kronborg Castle 9 km, Fredensborg Castle 12 km. Rådhuspladsen 36 km.

Cozy thatched fisherman's house with sea and harbor view

Super nice and bright little fisherman's house with unique location across from the cozy harbour in Sletten, Humlebæk. The place is idyllic with thatched houses and farm roses. The house is located 50 meters from the harbor and 200 meters to the nearest beach. Restaurant Sletten and a small popular fish shop are located on the harbour. In addition, there are about 2 km to Louisiana and direct train connection from Humlebæk to Helsingør (10 min) and Copenhagen (30 min).

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood only 100 meters to the sea and beach. With a patio both in front and behind the house, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sun and barbecue in the evening. The house offers plenty of space with 3 bedrooms. Copenhagen and Helsingør can be reached in 20 minutes. and Rungsted harbor with lots of restaurants, within a few minutes. In addition, the Louisiana Art Museum and Kronborg Castle are nearby.
