Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long hours of work, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily finish some of my duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee maker, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in a "place to stay". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

Annabelle has a wonderful place. Her hospitality was great, the view was spectacular and the hot tub was a lovely way to start or end the day. The place is mostly stone and has been renovated perfectly. Definitely a great place to stay

Residential area out of the most central chaos of city traffic, with very convenient personal parking. Digitized info and check-in management with instructions and videos, it's just a pity that this makes the experience with the host a little "cold", since you never meet and communication is very "virtual" (but this is my personal reflection). For the rest, a beautiful apartment, very tastefully furnished, modern and functional, equipped with every comfort and need. Price not low but in line with Lyon's costs and the quality offered.

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. Everything was perfect, Nicolas was very attentive from our arrival until our departure. He was very available in person and gives good addresses. The accommodation is clean and well arranged, its location allows easy and quick access to the heart of Lyon. Parking very close also allowed us to leave the car during our stay. In short, we will come back without hesitation and recommend it 100%.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Very well located apartment, quiet and close to public transport as well as shops. With the garage at our disposal, it was perfect. Beautiful view of Lyon and pleasant garden. We have a-DO-RÉ our stay at James and Maryline's! They're probably the most proactive and available hosts we've had in all of our Airbnb stays. They are responsive, quickly find solutions, and have given us several great restaurant suggestions. They also explain all amenities very well. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, warm, you immediately feel good there. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to cook. It is also very well located, close to a shopping street and public transport. There is life around, but the apartment remains very quiet. 😊 The only small problem... are the four floors to climb with the suitcases, a real challenge! But even it was mentioned in the listing, so we were mentally prepared. 😉 James and Maryline are great hosts! Yes, yes, it exists... and it's in Lyon!

The apartment was newly furnished, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist touch. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony. The private underground parking was a big plus and made coming and going very easy. Located just 10 minutes from France Air Expo, it was the perfect base for our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the busy town centre.
