Quiet neighborhood and next to BR. Great location with nearby shops, and just minutes from Paraguay, Argentina and downtown Foz. The best experience we've had. Gessé's house was a gift from God to my family in Foz do Iguaçu, there we felt welcomed, respected, everyone was attentive, and kind, each one did their best to spend one of the best days of our lives, Infinite Gratitude. Our stay was wonderful. We were very well served by the hostess. There was a problem with the water in the building but it was quickly resolved, in addition to what affected the entire building! I highly recommend it!

Great base to explore both sides of the falls. Gym was well equipped and pool table/playroom was great for the kids. There was a washing machine and supermarket within a km. The bus terminal is about 1km away if you want to take the bus to Brazil side and the airport.

The stay was perfect. Arriving at the apartment, I already felt at home, everything was very clean, fragrant and organized. New furniture and utensils, air conditioning in the bedrooms, wonderful shower. Everything was as advertised, in fact, it exceeded expectations. We went as a group of 5 and had a great time.

The apartment is on the corner of two double avenues, has a gas station across the street, which makes it easy to access and brings a sense of security to get in and out even at night, as it is well lit. Great beds, new and well-kept furniture, garage in front of the building entrance, Apartment right next to the entrance. The air conditioning in the suite makes a little noise, but nothing exaggerated. I'd go back....

One of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. Michel is very attentive, proactive, sends all the necessary information, and responds quickly, the AP is compact, but very comfortable, accommodated my family very well, it was clean, and had some groceries in the refrigerator so that we can consume and pay via pix there, it is close to the region of Vila A, where it has everything we need, and easy access to roads that connect tourist points and center, I had a great experience and I highly recommend it.

We went with my 3 children, the truth is that the accommodation is beautiful, super comfortable, beautiful view, the pool is very nice and quiet. On the corner there is a 24-hour market that makes it much easier when you forget to buy something, there is also a pharmacy on the corner and you can see that it is a quiet neighborhood. When I go back to Foz, I'll definitely stay here again.
