Entrance, utility room with washing machine, and shower and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, sofa bed and small loft (u. screen). There is a good indoor climate, 1 km to good shopping, 1 km to bus and 3 km to train. Extra mattress, bed linen, towels, etc. are available.

There are good shopping opportunities in Ferritslev and Langeskov. Egeskov, which is definitely worth a visit, is 21 km away, as well as Funen's summerland. Parking right at the door as well as supermarket, bakery and tank station. There is a private terrace with garden furniture - both covered and for sun, barbecue and fire pit. Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. It is 5 minutes by car (10 by bike) to the cozy village of Årslev-Sdr. Nærå with a bakery, supermarket(s) and some absolutely fantastic swimming lakes. There are extensive nature trail systems in the area and the opportunity to fish in put'n take lakes.
