Unguarded and direct to the water with its own bathing jetty

If you are looking for a romantic stay, or a very special experience with the family, this is the place. You can completely unwind in peace and quiet, enjoy the beautiful view of the fjord while the fire warms you. You have your own bathing bridge, the forest in your backyard, good sandy bottom and fine bathing conditions. The area is peaceful, with a very rich wildlife. Borrow our rowboat for a sailing trip, or if you want to go fishing in the fjord. Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

Fejø Finest

Farm from 1931 with wooden tree house and views of the hilly landscape and the Småland Sea. Large garden with old fruit trees and vines, swings, fire pit and trampoline. The garden is perfect for playing hide and seek. The house is large and spacious and good for a multi-generational vacation (e.g. grandparents, children and grandchildren) or multi-family vacations. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, pantry, bathroom with bathtub, dining room, fireplace and playroom. Upstairs there is a toilet, three bedrooms and a large repos with trapeze.

Charming Oasis, with ocean views.

Enjoy this quiet little gem of a summerhouse on Fejø. Here the sunrise can be enjoyed & you can jump in the sea, within 5 minutes walk. The small summerhouse, has 1 v. with 140 cm. bed and 1 v. with bunk bed + annex (120 cm. Bed). Toilet is accessed via the small hallway, in the middle of the summerhouse. Bath can be enjoyed outside, year round with cold and hot water tap. So there is NO indoor shower in the house. Wood-burning stove and heat pump are installed in the center of the house, electric radiators. Stove & small fridge in the kitchen.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Sleep well. Enjoy the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

The holiday home is located in Sønderby on the island of Femø with rural surroundings and the most beautiful view of the field and the Smålandshavet - which is a bird sanctuary. Here, the family can enjoy peace and quiet in our bright, 160 sqm home on two floors on the west side of the island, with the most beautiful sunset over the sea. At night, you will be surprised by the clear starry sky. The house has Wi-Fi fiber 1000 Mbit. When the heat is needed, guests pay for the consumption of the heating oil at the daily price.

The house is completely renovated and with a personal touch. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Large rooms, with really good beds. There is generally plenty of space in the house. Fantastic views of the sea where Langeland, the Great Belt Bridge and Stigsnæs can be seen. Completely unique sunsets. Closed/fenced garden. Large terrace. Closed garage. High to the sky. Peace and quiet. No tourists. Just a sweet neighbor. Note: Bed linens, towels and dish towels must be brought. The price includes final cleaning and utilities.

Super nice cottage in the 1st row with panoramic views of the Langeland Belt, where cruise ships, the world's largest container ships or small sailboats sail by. There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.
