It's a very cozy house. We enjoyed our stay. The sauna can fit 2/3 people comfortably, but more than that is too tight. The location is great, it's at the same time private and also close to grocery stores, the beach, and coffee shops.

Upon arrival at Kristians fine summerhouse, you are blown behind how much space there is and how cozy the atmosphere is. Tastefully decorated house and grounds with lots of inspiration from the east. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for nespresso machine, blender, induction hot plate, fine ceramic bowls and dishwasher. The kitchen-dining room is the heart of the house, and the kids have plenty of toys, books, sandbox, swings, slide, garden tractor, bikes and plenty of other outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and the best is the large king size bed in the master bedroom. Wilderness bath in the garden in snowy weather, surrounded by tall trees, privacy, and tranquility, it was nothing short of magical. The sauna is located right next door, with windows facing the garden, and if you walk in from snow in bare toes, you can enjoy the underfloor heating in the large, delicious bathroom, pure delight. Sunny garden, no cars, quiet and serene area, only with bird whistles and deer, we have definitely found a magical oasis.

It was a really nice experience to be at Joel's cottage. We especially benefited from the wilderness bath and the spacious surroundings. The cottage is really cozy decor and there are many small details about the house, which made the experience really cozy island.

I should stress that there was nothing wrong with the neighbourhood - just not as near to the centre as I would have liked, but a more central place was not available. Identifying the access door wasn't obvious, but it was because the explanatory photos on the profile page needed to be scrolled to the end! More an issue with the site presentation, than the host. Overall, a lovely place to stay - thoroughly recommended!!

We were impressed by the charming beach home with modern amenities and great attention to every detail. The accommodation was clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kirsten and Kim went above and beyond to ensure we were able to accommodate our daughter’s request, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access (by car, bike ride or walk) to the nearby beach and shopping. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Kirsten and Kim’s beach house to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

Great, cozy house in a brilliant location close to the Amager beach park and some great local coffee shops and restaurants. Free on street parking and also close to the metro. Plenty of space in the house for two families of four and worked well for us having two rooms and a bathroom upstairs and the same downstairs. Everything you needed in the kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Lovely garden and some toys for the kids. Highly recommend it as a base for exploring Copenhagen while also being by the sea. We had our six week old baby with us, so one highlight was watching the sunrise over the sea during a couple of our morning feeds.

We had a wonderful stay at Lena and Michael's cottage. It's tastefully decorated with attention to detail, and it's really cozy. Everything is like the pictures and we felt at home right away! The garden is also lovely with many opportunities for stays and activity. Communication with Lena and Michael was great both before and during the stay. A minor issue, which we noticed upon arrival, was resolved immediately. That's how it should be: -) We would love to come again!

Lovely furnished cottage with all necessary equipment. Lovely outdoor shower - even in winter. Close to shopping and beach. Henrik is a friendly host and easy to communicate with.

We spent 4 nights in Pernille’s apartment and it was just an excellent stay on every level. Pernille and Martin are wonderful hosts and nothing was any trouble for them during the stay. The apartment is beautiful and light with a lovely backyard to relax in, and is about a 15 minute bicycle ride from the centre of the city. It’s in a really peaceful area of Copenhagen, parking was easy and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in short walking distance. I highly recommend you check this out if you’re coming to Copenhagen!

We stayed as a family for a two night road-trip stopover in Copenhagen. This location was great for us. Parking was easy and free and very close to the city center. Kristine’s place was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. 👍

The apartment was lovely, close to all major amenities, within a safe and quiet area and was very well-taken care of, with a spotless kitchen and bathroom. Ghita as a host was very responsive to our messages and was an all-round incredible host to us. Made our short stay in Copenhagen absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Pernille and Kim! It's in a great location and very clean, quiet and cozy. It's near the metro, so it is easy to get to all the attractions in Copenhagen. It's also a short walk to the beach.

Our stay at Engelina and Mads place was unforgettable. The location was perfect— boutique shops, top restaurants, a gorgeous park, easy access to public transport and city highlights were all nearby. Whether biking to museums or exploring cafes, everything was convenient. Engelina and Mads were extraordinary hosts—warm, generous, and thoughtful. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and cozy, with carefully curated decor that made it hard to leave. The magical backyard was a bonus. Every detail reflected their care and hospitality. This was one of our most memorable stays, and we feel lucky to have experienced it. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate—it’s the perfect home base for a Copenhagen adventure. A true gem!

We had a lovely stay at Inge’s lovely summerhouse. It is super charming, well equipped and fully aligned to the listing. Inger was always very responsive and helpful and made us feel right at home. Can strongly recommend for kids families as well with the nice garden, toys and little playground outside

I had a really lovely stay at Tiny Søhøj. Kirsten is an incredibly helpful host who responds quickly. So everything was as it should be. The area and nature around is absolutely great for hiking in and it's easy to get to the place from Hvalsø station with flextransport if you don't have a car. I can only recommend: -)

This is the second time I have rented from Pernille, and the house is just in elk perfect walking distance to the most beautiful sandy beach, beautiful forest, nature playground, ice house, etc. At the same time, the house has everything you need and the garden is so big that you don't have to go outside the land register at all. Driving distance to Hundested, Gilleleje, Troldeskoven, etc. My favorite place to go on holiday with a dog, due to the large fenced garden and short walking distance to the most delicious Dog Forest. Pernille is an impeccable host who is always helpful in answering various questions, etc.

great location for cyclists, just 1 block from the Sydkustleden. I had a nice stay, the place was very cozy and quiet.

really cozy little place. the living room is a little small, so you probably don't have to be a family to sit inside in the rain for a week, but in good weather, there is plenty of space on the terrace. It has everything you need for a cozy stay

Absolutely loved our stay, the hosts are super friendly. One gets plenty of privacy. The house was clean and everything was prepared to a smallest detail, everything showed that the hosts really care and think about the guests. Absolutely loved the fire place, works for bbq. And be prepared for a couple of super lovely dogs (and one super cute and playful puppy)❤️
