Newly built small house with lake views. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. Approximately 4 km to central Rättvik, approximately 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different music events in summer. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake views. Some nearby residential buildings, yet a quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, becomes a double bed when made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guests are responsible for bed linens and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

Located in a cultural area, halfway between the city center and Falu mine, 5 minutes' walking distance to both. 10 km from Carl Larsson's farm. 2.5 km from Lake Runn's ice skating centers and swimming areas Room for 2+2 people. Room with two beds and extra loft 2 beds. High ladder to the loft that is not child-friendly and not for people with balance problems. Fully-equipped spacious kitchen. A small, simple, outdated toilet with shower. Patio that belongs to the cottage.

The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

Skogen finns invid husknuten med längdskidspår (upp till Granbergets skidanläggning). Lämplig utgångspunkt för många aktiviteter; Sommarland (6 km), Tegera Arena och Lugnets idrottsanläggning (ca. 5 km). Med bil finner du många slalombackar och de intilliggande städerna Falun, Mora och Borlänge med många utflyktsmål.

On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom and sofa bed with two beds in the living room. Cleaning is not included in the price and should be done before checkout.

Middle of nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa department is ready for use. Price not included in regular rent. Although the house is located in the nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.
