The apartment is well located. Allows you to do anything on foot or almost. It's very functional. The room is quiet. The bathroom is nice. We had a nice stay. Thanks to Fatah.

Flexible check-in with a lockbox system. Parking is a real plus. Highly responsive host. A beautiful place where I could come back, I love the beach so much.

Excellent, everything is superb and I want to point out that the access and the accommodation are really suitable for people with disabilities (not in wheelchairs of course) but my husband is disabled especially in the legs he was able to go up and down without difficulty and the living room is excellent, large kitchen area, really only happiness otherwise a royal calm and Guillaume a really human, pleasant, thoughtful host. You can really take this place without a second thought.

We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of the beach and the beautiful buildings of Houlgate. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (playground, shops, parking, train station, etc.) Very well equipped and well arranged. Clem the owner responds very quickly to any questions we may have. I will definitely be back!

Very clean accommodation in a peaceful neighborhood close to the Eurovelo 4 route. Good for bike riders because you can put two bikes inside the apartment in the large entrance.

Had a lovely stay at Nicolas's. When I arrived, Nicolas had left something to eat, nice touches. The bedding is of good quality as well as the linens. He was responsive during our various exchanges. The place is 20 m from the main street. The accommodation is easy to access and very well equipped. Not having to look for a parking space is a luxury. Note that given the location, there is inevitably a little noise at night, but again, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm of this street, given its proximity to the city center. We loved this 70s-style home, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained. The jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
