We really enjoyed our stay at Loic's place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is incredible and there were lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. I would give it 4.5 stars overall. Pros: very friendly and responsive host, amazing location and view, very safe and secure building with an elevator, spacious apartment. Cons: pricey, very firm mattresses, and one bathroom was lacking a trash can. Thank you for a great stay, Loic!

Grégoire's apartment is amazing. Fantastic location and an amazing eclectic space. He went over and above to make our stay in Paris a wonderful experience - absolutely faultless. Our only regret was having to leave; I just wanted to stay and live there! Highly recommended - you won't regret a moment of your stay there (until it's time to leave). Dear Sarah, We can't thank you enough for your amazing Apartment! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Paris. We absolutely loved every detail of the stylish home. I learnt so much from the books on the shelves and I am so grateful for the selection of books and magazines, I enjoyed reading in the evenings! We are so grateful for your support and tips! We loved Encore, we started every morning with almond croissants you recommended to us. The whole neighbourhood was so lovely, the people were friendly, the shop assistants were always happy to chat and gave us some great advice. We tried wonderful Cheese from the Fromage shop in the street next to us: we loved eating it with Baguette and drinking wine in your living room. Just Perfect! The transport is really well organised, it's incredible how easy it is to get to the centre of Paris. We would definitely come back!

What an incredible view! Something not appreciated from the photos is just how close the tower is!! It is right on your doorstep! By far a memorable top 3 destination that I’ll never forget. Anastasia was so helpful, went out of her way to make the stay easier and provided tips for the local area. The bottle of champagne in the fridge was also a great bonus!! The apartment is perfect for 2 and has a small elevator also just about big enough for 2 people (suitcases had to travel separately) and is well connected with both Trocadero and Passy metro stations less than 5mins away into anywhere around Paris. Disneyland is less than an hour away and an all day travel pass for €12 gets you there and back with little stress. Honestly, this place is a gem and amazing! Thank you for hosting and being so helpful to make it an amazing trip!

I stayed here with some friends on a recent trip to Paris and this apartment was just perfect. We really enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is a few stops away from the busier areas, but the metro is a half a block away and it was very easy to get in and out of the 16th. I particularly enjoyed the short walk over to a local park for walks and Le Grand Epicerie— an amazing French grocery store is right around the corner for food, coffee, and gift shopping. As for the inside of the apartment, it’s quite nice. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the amenities. The shower is not a traditional shower, though it is a bath with a showerhead. Overall, we felt the apartment was very quaint and European. It was an easy and comfortable place to stay.

Carole was really flexible throughout our whole stay, even when our flight got really delayed for the check-in. Even though the apartment is a bit out of the city center it can be easily accessed by a very close by metro station (8 minutes on foot) so this was absolutely no problem for us and we were able to do everything and more. The house is very well equiped and has everything you could need for a good stay, especially in the kitchen. Unless the steep stairs in the entrance of the apartment could be a problem for you, this is a perfect apartment to visit Paris!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Dayday, est un hote très accueillant, réactif et aux petits soins. séjour très appreciable, tout est nickel !!!

Logement petit mais vraiment très propre, confortable, sentait très bon, avec une place de parking. De petites attentions très gentilles à l’égard de nos enfants, ça nous a bien fait plaisir :-) Seul bémol c’est si vous êtes grands et faites plus de 1,90m car le logement est bas de plafond. (Pour info nous sommes venus pour une nuit, en couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge et un petit chien.) Merci infiniment pour votre gentillesse et bonne à vous!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Host is very helpful and very responsive. Place is nice and clean, near to train station which made easy to travel, just in 1-2 min walk supermarket is located to buy stuff if needed. Disneyland is near and has direct train connectivity.

De retour Encore là-bas, comme dans les photos elle est toujours disponible, toute es à proximité rien à dire, je vous le conseille 🔥🔥🔥
