La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The fireplace, located in the center of the living-dining room and the porch with the outdoor barbecue, offer a unique space to enjoy as a family or as a couple at all times of the day. Ideal starting point for excursions.
