My house is located in the center of the city, on the university street; 5 minutes to Anadolu University, 5 minutes to the Espark shopping center, 10 minutes to the train station and 1 minute to the university street where the restaurants are located, and the bar street and the bar street and the Adalar along the water. Our listing is new. The entire 1+1 house is yours. Espark is 2 minutes, University street is 2 minutes, Bar street is 5 minutes walking distance. There is YouTube Netflix in the project. The building is a family apartment and there should be no loud noise at night. 4 people can easily stay. There are kitchen utensils.
