Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Coop/bakery around the corner, 50 mt park (Kärnan), 450 mt pedestrian street, 500mt Olympia, 1000 mt Helsingborgs C (boat, train, bus), 950 mt beach/bath. Parking is around and garage space right next door to rent. A perfect holiday apartment in a lovely town with large selection of restaurants, swimming and nature.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The newly renovated guest house is complete with living room, sleeping loft, kitchen and bathroom. District heating and air pump. From the garden you come out on the electric light paths in Ramlösa Brunnspark which also offers historic buildings, lush park, pond with ducks and the opportunity to taste Ramlösa water directly from the source. It was the well master himself staying at this address when it was built in the mid 1800's. Helsingborg is easy by bus or bike.

The farmhouse is located at the back of our dwelling house. Quiet residential neighborhood with creek running through the plot. Many old nice houses in the area with a lot of history, the house is located just outside Ramlösa brunnspark. Opportunities for relaxation and exercise with exercise tracks and outdoor gyms. At the same time, the bus and train station are very close to exploring. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented. Toilet paper, hand soap included.
