Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Med bil tar du dig på tio minuter antingen in till city i Helsingborg, badstrand på Råå eller till Vasatorps golfbana. I detta boende hyr du hela bottenvåningen på huset med tillgång till fullutrustat fräscht kök, tre rymliga sovrum, uteplats med grill möjligheter. Parkering precis intill huset. Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
