The house is excellent, with a privileged location, clean and well organized environment. The hostess was extremely attentive and was always available to meet our needs.

We spent 6 days in this wonderful house. We have nothing but praise, we arrived and everything was very clean and fragrant. António treated us with great care and promptness in all our questions and tips requested, including very cool ones. The house is exactly as pictured, and it has a great location. Close to the center of São Sebastião, a treasure in the nightlife there. Now, leaving the house without saying that the heated pool makes all the difference is impossible, lol. We have incredible days and we will definitely be back!

The house is exactly the same as the photos. We received it very clean. The super-equipped kitchen with pans and utensils of all kinds. Super quiet enclosed condominium. The beach is more familiar and is a delight. The staff are all friendly and pro-active. Surroundings with markets, bakeries and restaurants. I highly recommend it! We had a problem with the air, which was quickly solved by Dalton. I will return more often for sure!

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds, an incredible view, you really don't want to leave. Cooking with that view is amazing. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, and take in the view. Cyntia, the employee who helped with everything in the house, was really helpful. He cooked for us and was there to meet our needs. Juli the same, she got me everything I asked for/ I would really come back a thousand times!

The house met all expectations. With four spacious and airy suites, it accommodated our family in total comfort and privacy. The pool and barbecue area made our group moments even more special. Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and without clutter or smell of mold or anything like that, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a stunning and priceless view of the sea and beach. We were able to have coffee and meals while admiring the sea, and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that is worth every penny. The house is on the avenue that leads to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple assisted us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also made us totally comfortable, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we think is good too. Anyway, a 10! We'll be back for sure.

Perfect stay! Exceeded all expectations! We spent the Easter holiday with the family (my husband, our 2-year-old son, my in-laws and my mother) and it was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as described in the ad – with 3 bathrooms that perfectly cater to the 3 bedrooms, ideal for larger groups like ours. The location is excellent: close to the beach, we walked quietly with our little son. The beach is beautiful, with several stalls to eat and drink, and there are great restaurants less than 500 meters from the house. The region is super safe, which has brought us a lot of tranquility. The attention of Junia and her team was flawless. From the first contact, they were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. The decor of the house is very tasteful and the collection of books is a different charm. We really felt at home. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

The location is wonderful, the beach is excellent, the house very comfortable, the maid Maria did an excellent job, being helpful and discreet, preparing breakfast and helping cooking meals.

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, the neighborhood is super quiet and there are plenty of things to do in the surroundings. We very much like the stay and we intend to go back. The host was very kind and proactive.

We really liked Patricia's house! It had everything we needed and even more with games and such! The only important thing is that there is no filter available, so the water would have to be brought, otherwise, very beautiful and super organized house, comfortable beds and location also good and safe!

The house is a spectacle. Very well located on a very beautiful beach. Great environment for relaxing with family and friends. Pedro is very kind and helpful, helping everything we needed.

The place is wonderful! Unbelievable to have the beach in the backyard this way, and perhaps because we went off the holiday it was super quiet. The house is super well equipped, we hired the catering service on the first day, dinner was wonderful! And in the others we cooked and we didn't miss anything, the utensils were first quality. A D Rosa in the morning also helped us a lot, the house although it is in the middle of nature was super clean! The only thing I would add to pay attention before renting is that the house has stairs that are leaked and the bathrooms are a little tight... As we had two pregnant women and a 1 and a half year old baby among travelers this issue of accessibility and safety has gotten a little more difficult. Outside this question I recommend too much and would come back!
