Great location across from the beach and within walking distance of everything you need. Apartment was spotless and exactly as described and presented in listing. Kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to prepare their own meals. Aida is a lovely host, very warm, welcoming and responsive. It was a pleasure, Aida. The place is awesome. The view is beautiful and the apartment felt bigger than on the photos. We felt really good and could watch the waves all day to time the surf with the good tide and less people. It was perfect to go walk around and eat some sushis , pizza or steak just around the place. I will go back again when I’m hitting Caparica

Great spot right on the beach, perfect if you’re wanting to be near the surf spot in Baleal. The host was always responsive, accommodated an early check in and even helped us out with extending our stay. Highly recommend!

Great stay in a great location!

The stay was perfect. An apartment with fabulous views, clean, cozy and with everything you need. It is very rewarding to find places to spend the night with our faithful (and well educated) compañeros, where they are treated and catered as they deserve. Mention that Vânia's treatment and care have been exquisite, for their interest and kindness in meeting our needs and solving any incident or problem. Thank you

Great stay. Bruno and Rita are welcoming and responsive hosts. Beach and sea visible from the house. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful well-equipped house, 5 minutes' walk to the beach. There are 6 of us and we recommend these hosts and this house.

The place was idyllic and peaceful. Very suitable for two adults and two dogs. The fence surrounds a beautiful yard and the apartment was wonderfully personal. The fireplace burned trees every night because the evenings were cool and it brought a lovely vibe. Carlos was super when he brought us more trees when we ran out of firewood. The photos matched the apartment and yard well. It was a good value.

Amazing stay. Just walk right out and surf. Beginners to the left (Prainha = protected beach break), more advanced in the middle (Lagide = A frame), and intermediate to the right (Gigi = good for long boarding). The views from the 2nd floor terrace allowed you to do a quick wave check before heading out. The house is designed for the surfer in mind with racks, outdoor shower/rinse hose and rentals. I rented a nearly new longboard for about $15 euros/day. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the unit served its purpose. We were able to cook, rest, walk the beach and surf. The WiFi was also very stable and fast (300-400mbps). Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was perfect for our group of 10, very spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We are planning to coming back! The only thing need some improvment is the single beds, those were a bit uncomfortable, but everything else worked perfectly fine.

Sandra is a super host, communication was very easy, the check-in and checkout was done very efficiently. We are a group of 6-7 golfers that have stayed within the Praia Del’Rey resort for a number of years and Sandra’s villa one of the best, if not the best, we have stayed-in throughout the years - immaculately clean, spacious rooms with plenty of of bathrooms and nice garden with swimming pool (plus useful pool and garden furniture). Highly recommended - value for money is second to none,

David has been one of the best host I ever met. He is super profesional, friendly, adaptable and makes you feel like home. He has been on top of everything and the house is stunning. Amazing location, super funcional and very cozy. 10/10

César was very attentive and helped us a lot at check-in and check-out. The house has a view of a quiet sunset at home and all the amenities for a family of 3. The pool is huge. It's not downtown, but it's easy to walk or bike. I recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Santa Cruz

It's a big and beautiful apartment. Co-host Eduardo was very friendly and attentive. If something came up, they responded quickly and adequately.

Everything as imagined, good amenities and nice area. Check in was flexible. Only thing I always find difficult with air bnb is that you pay a cleaning fee but are asked to take the trash outside.

Nuno is a great host. If you need anything Nuno is quick to respond. The apartment is right across the street to the beach. Great location, across the street from restaurants, cafes, grocery store, & shops. If you’re surfing, it’s a perfect location. Apartment is clean & is described just like the listing. We had everything we needed :) Ricardo was very friendly and accommodating, since no one was in the accommodation before and after us, we were also able to postpone the check-in/out according to our wishes! Everything was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Value is great! The house is a bit noisy, but the neighbors usually only make noise during the day, at night with the windows closed it is very quiet. We would come back:)

We had a delightful stay. We enjoyed walking to the beach, the marina and the local restaurants. We were able to go to Sintra, see the castle and the grounds. We toured the Lisbon neighborhoods by Tuktuk. We especially enjoyed spending time in the charming town of Cascais. The perfect location near the sea. Thank you Olga.

Super helpful host, and Rossana’s place was as described. Good facilities and free onsite parking. Rossana was very responsive and flexible to help with our needs during our stay
