House vacation rentals in El Tanque

Welcome to paradise! This is what everything in this house tells you since you arrive. The majestic view, the spacious areas, the amazing gardens, the surroundings but most of all the birds. I had never seen such variety of exotic birds so close to me. We stayed 5 nights and we didn't want to leave the house because it has everything. I highly recommend this rental for the beauty around the house and the strategic location close to different attractive spots. Pura vida!

We loved our stay at Casa del Rio!! The house was amazing and our kids really enjoyed the pool at the house. It is located inside a resort. It was so nice to have the privacy and space of the house for our group, but also free breakfast at the resort restaurant and access to the resort spa services (definitely recommend getting a massage!). The staff were very helpful and flexible with all of our requests. The only issue we had was the washing machine not working, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

We had a lovely stay in Arenal at this Airbnb. Everything was as expected and we loved having access to a large TV, pool, and washer and dryer. It is also walkable to the rest of town which was great!

Wow what an amazing view! Also an amazing garden full of hummingbirds and other lovely birds. Friendly horse that came to visit twice and reached its head over the fence. Neighbor Lilander gave us a picturesque horseback ride with a gorgeous jungle hike to a private waterfall. El Castillo is a remote, steep village. The bakery is terrific and the little market is super helpful. We enjoyed La Ventanita and Fusion for dinners. Anna and the other hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb!! It was perfect for a group of 9 guys visiting Costa Rica for the first time. The house had plenty of space, and almost everything we needed to have an amazing stay. There was a top deck, book, bbq, large open kitchen, and so much more. Jumping swimming pool was amazing on a hot day, and the view of Arenal volcano from the second floor deck on a clear day was spectacular! The house is also surrounded by flora, and the back room has a view of animals like horses and cows, and a bird feed room. There is even a fish pond in the middle of the compound! Shelly and the Q house team were very responsive, and were very helpful in arranging transportation and activities. We had an amazing stay, and we will definitely be back!

Very happy with our stay in La Fortuna- was a little hard locating the property but once we figured it out was easy to get to. Centrally located to all our excursions and was gated so we felt safe. Very peaceful except some construction noises. Loved the outdoor area and the house was very clean. Very friendly and had a beautiful kitchen. Kitchen had all supplies we could need! And they left us these delicious chips and coffee for us which was very nice. I highly recommend staying here in La fortuna!!! They left us plenty of towels and brought me extra pillows when I asked which was very nice. Would def stay here again. AC worked great and kept us cool at night. Thanks for everything!!

Great place to stay the house is beautiful with great views

Pasamos unos días increíbles en este alojamiento. Tienen todo lo necesario para estar como en casa, cocina super completa, hay a disposición azúcar, café, sal, aceite. Amamos esa mesa en la galería para desayunar viendo el paisaje y animales que se encuentran al lado del apartamento. La ubicación es perfecta, queda muy cerca de todo (en carro). Tuvimos el gusto de conocer a Eder, quien nos ayudó con las reservas para algunas actividades y también nos dio recomendaciones de que lugares visitar, siempre muy atentos a las consultas que tuvimos. No se arrepentirán de alojarse aquí, muchas gracias equipo The House! Esperamos regresar pronto

Mi estancia en este Airbnb fue maravillosa. Elugar es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, acogedor y con todos los detalles bien cuidados. Me sentí muy cómoda y segura durante toda la estancia. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo atento a cualquier consulta o necesidad. Absolutely incredible stay! I would recommend this place to anyone. The interior of the place was special, and the view of the valley was stunning! It was an easy transport into La Fortuna, which was great, but also far enough away where we felt secluded from the tourism and at peace. 10/10 recommend.

Really liked this Airbnb. It was definitely spacious. We loved that they had a hot tub right in our home. Also in front there were some chickens and some animals to look at very comforting. Love the outside area in the front as well to just sit and relax listen to the surroundings all around you. This Airbnb was for me and two of my friends and we absolutely loved this Airbnb a lot. It was also super close to a lot of things and laugh Fortuna and it was easy for us to go and come back.

Lugar muy bonito, espacioso, tranquilo, piscina muy agradable y refrescante… Lo recomiendo, a 15 minutos del centro de Fortuna ( 9km)

We absolutely loved Bob's place! We stayed for 2 nights: 2 kids and 2 adults. The place is big, comfortable and beautiful jungle views and surroundings. What stood out the most is how attentive Bob was and went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. He responded quickly to anything we asked and was super helpful not only at Casita but also when we had random questions about Costa Rica culture or recommendations around town. There is a ton of nature to observe from the clean and well appointed Casita. Bob took us on a personal night walk through the property to spot frogs and other nocturnal creatures. The kids had a blast in the pool. Thanks Bob!

This place rocked! This is my second time in Costa Rica and I can say not everyone goes above and beyond like this. The house is a great space and not to mention Jose was so accommodating. He even helped meet our needs by covering up the flashing lights at the pool- i had not even asked him to do that. Thanks for your help Jose! I would 12/10 recommend this place to a friend.

This home is an absolute gem! Great combination of a peaceful retreat that wasn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but still offered easy access to shops and restaurants with La Fortuna 15 minutes away. It struck an ideal balance – wonderfully serene, yet a reasonable trip to any amenities and many activities. The pool and spa were highlights for us; they were fantastic after days of activities. We also loved the easy access to the river right at the back of the property – such a unique feature! It's clear that this home is maintained with an incredible amount of care. Everything was sparkling clean, wonderfully kept, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend it in a heartbeat. We're already dreaming of our next visit!

Unser Aufenthalt war der beste in unserer 3 wöchigen Costa Rica Rundreise. Die Unterkunft ist einfach ein Traum! Sie war blitzblank sauber und hatte eine moderne sehr schöne Ausstattung und Möbiliar. Die große Terasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick in die Natur war einfach wunderschön. Wir haben viele verschiedene Wildtiere beobachten können. Wir würden sehr gerne jederzeit wieder kommen!

This stay in La Fortuna is gorgeous and modern and clean. The outdoor area is amazing with pool and lots of comfy seating options. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. We didnt have any isdues but we did have a hard tome figuring out how to unlock and lock the glass doors to the pool area. And I had no idea how to use the coffee machine so used the french press instead. The hosts had a great welcome package that was very much appreciated. I had a lot of cell while traveling on CR, but the host did try to communicate a few times. Unfortunately, I don't think he received my replies. But it wasn't a big deal, because everything went smoothly. Thanks for a great stay!

It was perfect place to stay in La Fortuna. It had all the necessary amenities plus more for what we needed. The central location made it convenient to explore La Fortuna and visit the restaurants around. The outdoor seating area was a great place to hangout and do some work. One of my favourite bookings on Airbnb. Would highly recommend booking this stay!
