Comfortable

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Proactively to provide all that comforts the guest during his stay and the speed of meeting any requirements communicated to him In terms of the place, one of the most beautiful places I have lived in Cairo and I will repeat the visit and recommend it

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The studio was clean and the staff were very friendly—one of them spoke excellent English, which was helpful. The space combines the sitting area with two beds and a sofa, which might not suit those who prefer separate areas for work and rest. The location is good, but the map pin led us slightly off, making it a bit tricky to find with Uber. Still, the hospitality and cleanliness made it a positive experience.

This was my second time staying with Second Home, and once again, everything was absolutely wonderful. Asma, our host, was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional, just like the first time. However, this was our first time staying in this specific apartment and my husband and I truly loved it! The apartment is beautifully designed, super clean, and spacious. The view from the window is stunning, overlooking a peaceful green garden that made our mornings feel calm and refreshing. The apartment had everything we needed from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfy bed and a relaxing environment. It felt like a perfect mix of a hotel and a cozy home. Self check-in was smooth and easy, and having free parking was a big plus. The location in Second New Cairo is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly. Thank you again to Asma and the Second Home team for making our stay feel so comfortable and special. We’ll definitely be coming back!

My family and I (wife and two kids) booked the stay at Ghada's / Shahinaz's place which is located on the Westin Katemeya Dunes Golf Resort property. The entry into the apartment was a bit unique, but the apartment is a massive apartment with large living spaces, golf course views, a large office. It was an all around amazing experience. Since you're on the property you can also access the amentities at the Westin resort (paid separately). We were visiting local friends, so unfortunately did not have time to visit the hotel amenities. It felt like home and did not disappoint. Shahinaz and her team were amazing from start to finish.
