as a party of 3, myself, husband & my mum. lovely vill with lots of space both indoors & out. all areas were very well laid out & with everything you could need. kitchen was very well equipped and as a family who cook and eat in mostly this was really appreciated. we loved the extras such as ice packs we could use for our picnic lunches. the outdoor space with pool was excellent giving a great variety of options. we used the outside area every day. having a retractable washing line was so helpful. we all really enjoyed our stay with the extremely comfortable beds helping us to relax & get a good night's sleep. we really appreciated was having a driveway at the villa, to park our hire car made things so much easier. you do need to remember this area is in the direct flight path & the noise from flights coming into land is noticeable, but we would love to stay there again and would highly recommend this property and George as a responsive and helpful host. Great holiday stay.

Amazing stay , such a lovely villa amazing if you love walking as at the top of a steep hill but only takes around 25 mins to walk to the main town , had a few villas below us who were loud during the night but you cannot change how other guest act Overall incredible stay

Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Tenerife. The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel right at home. The villa itself was spacious, with large, comfortable bedrooms and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. One tip: we highly recommend requesting the pool to be heated—it was such a treat to relax in warm water after a day of sightseeing. The views from the rooftop were stunning and added to the overall charm of the place. The responsiveness of the host was outstanding—any messages we sent were answered promptly, and when we needed an engineer for a minor issue, it was organized quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Tenerife!

We had a great stay - very flexible for us to check in and leave a bit later . Very clean welcome bottle of water and wine. Angela was so helpful the whole time and repair person there the next day to fix something.

Unser 16-Nächte-Aufenthalt bei Isabel war einfach großartig! Besonders begeistert waren wir von der offenen Küche, dem schönen Poolbereich (mit 22 Grad eine angenehme Erfrischung), der großen und praktischen Garage sowie der außergewöhnlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kommunikation mit Isabel. Ein weiteres Highlight war der wunderbare Balkon – perfekt für entspannte Stunden mit toller Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, wobei die unterste aktuell noch ausgebaut wird. Trotzdem war es absolut ruhig und angenehm. Ein großes Plus war die durchdachte Ausstattung: Es gab reichlich Spül- und Waschmaschinentabs, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier – und zur Begrüßung sogar eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. All diese kleinen Details haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Man merkt, wie viel Isabel daran liegt, ihren Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

5 stars all round! Very beautiful view, it's such a lovely location. It was the warmest pool we've had the pleasure of using! Juan was fantastic and very friendly, his communication and response time couldn't have been better. The pictures don't do the Airbnb justice, we were amazed but how much space there is and it's even better in person. It is high security with locked gates so you feel very safe and private. The only thing missing was a deck of cards!- However we wouldn't hesitate to visit again, it was the highlight of our holiday.

Had a great time staying at Moises’s Villa! The area feels very private, peaceful and away from tourist destinations. Its also very close to the motorway so getting around the Island is very easy. Moises & Ingrid were great hosts and helped us with everything. The villa itself is spectacular, very modern, has everything you need and that view is amazing, especially for sunsets by the pool. Loved my stay there and will definitely return!

Mogę naprawdę polecić to miejsce. Dom jest nowy, czysty, z wszystkimi niezbędnymi sprzętami. Gospodarz jest miły, komunikatywny i chętny do pomocy. Basen jest czysty, woda podgrzewana chociaż wciąż lekko chłodna o tej porze roku. Dom jest zlokalizowany w odległości krótkiego spaceru od restauracji i sklepów. Jedynym minusem były budowy obok domu. Ale nie przeszkadzało nam to wielce. Mogę wszystkim polecić to miejsce.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at Daniela’s place in Los Cristianos. The house is absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern, high-quality appliances and furniture. The pool was perfect for our family, and the showers were truly amazing—we’re going to miss those! The mattresses were very comfortable, though we did find the lack of supportive pillows a bit challenging for getting a good night’s sleep. There were plenty of scatter cushions, but not enough standard pillows with proper support. We also noticed a visible presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which made us feel slightly uneasy at times. That said, the property is secure with locked gates and security cameras, which added peace of mind. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Daniela’s place to others looking for a stylish and comfortable home base in Los Cristianos.

We had a fabulous relaxing week in the villa, despite a few windy and rainy days. The place was in a stunning location in a private road, views across the sea at sunset were fabulous. Lots of different outdoor space areas, plenty of outdoor tables, chairs and loungers. Walking distance to los Gigantes. Inside was very spacious with everything you could possibly want including a fully stocked spice cupboard. Andrea was very responsive and facilitated all our requests quickly.

A beautiful paradise! The view was amazing, and enjoying it from the pool and hot tub was spectacular. The entire place was very clean and had all the amenities you could want.

Muchas gracias por el trato recibido. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa es perfecta para un grupo grande, tiene todos los servicios y los vecinos han sido super agradables. Un especial agradecimiento a Radostina, quien amablemente se puso en contacto con nosotros de inmediato para avisar de algunas cosas que nos habiamos dejado en la casa. Entre ellas una cartera, airpods, chaqueta y camisa… Nos lo preparó todo y lo envió por correo. Mil gracias! Si volvemos a la isla, seguro que será a esta magnifica villa 😁

Wat hebben wij genoten van de prachtige villa! Wat een luxe om in zo’n villa te verblijven. Ruime slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Perfect als je met een groot gezelschap gaat. We hebben vooral genoten van de mooie en ruime tuin. We waren met 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Iedereen kon gebruik maken van een heerlijk ligbed of ligstoel. Echt heel luxe. Ook genoot iedereen heerlijk van het verwarmde zwembad! We waren er eind oktober, dus dat was echt top! Van de keuken hebben we ook dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Ideaal dat alles compleet is. Genoeg borden, glazen maar ook kruiden e.d. die je kan gebruiken. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken. De bbq was ook top, ideaal om gezellig buiten te eten. De locatie is ook goed. Naar het strand is met de auto ongeveer 8 minuten. En naar de luchthaven TFS ben je ook met ong 20 minuten. (Afhankelijk van de verkeersdrukte). De communicatie met Laurence was ook heel prettig! Reageert snel en heel attent. Echt een aanrader!! :-) dankjewel voor alles!

We had a very relaxing weeks stay at this modern home. The outdoor area made our stay, with the lovely large pool, football goals, hammocks and multiple spaces to sit and relax in the sun. The house itself is great too with a good amount of space and the availability of toys was an added bonus for the kids. It didn't detract from our stay but a minor thing would be having more dining chairs (there were 4) and some more smaller bowls and glassware available. The area is residential and away from the tourist areas which we did not mind as it was more peaceful, so a car is needed. There is a cockerel next door which the kids found quite entertaining. Good beaches etc are a 10 min drive away and parking is very easy to find. Olga is very friendly and helpful, thanks for a great stay.

Stunning views of the ocean as well as the beautiful mountainside! Spacious and clean house, with a lovely amd private terrace. Would love to visit the villa again in the future. Group of ten stayed at Marie Teresa's villa for a golf trip. Loads of space to move around in so we were never on top of each other, and the suntrap courtyard/pool area was outstanding. It really is a big villa, and the large gated parking area was perfect as we had three rental cars with us. Could it be improved? Yes. Some updating is required for it to be a truly standout property but value and location were absolutely perfect for our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, war in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Etwas beschwerlich war es, die Wohnung zu finden bzw. zu erreichen, da man hierfür einige Treppen überwinden muss, was mit Koffern nicht leicht fällt. Für ältere Menschen, denen die Kraft zum Koffer tragen fehlt oder die Knieprobleme haben, ist die Wohnung daher leider ungeeignet. Für alle anderen, die etwas Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit wünschen, ist sie sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, aber nicht beheizt. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert, da San Andrés sehr abgeschieden liegt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und die gute Gastgeberschaft!

Had a lovely few days here. Beautiful house, heated pool, and plenty of bathrooms for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped for basic self catering and a descent sized supermarket within a 5-minute walk. We managed to have two cars (one in the private spot and one parked on road).

Muy recomendable, casa moderna con muy buenas vistas y jardin con piscina. Zona tranquila pero a pocos minutos de coche de las zonas que visitar por el norte de la isla. Francisco nos dio muchos consejos y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
