it's a super comfortable place with a nice view, Paola responded in a timely manner and with accurate instructions on how to get to the apartment. the apartment is well equiped, and I would definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying at Xochitl’s fabulous condominium; it’s clean, convenient, spacious, and the view is gorgeous! The nearby restaurants are excellent! We went to Cardon twice during our stay; it was fun driving there and back in her golf cart. Thank you for the excellent stay!!😊

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El departamento es cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Valoramos mucho los detalles, como la presión de la regadera, que fue súper agradable. El área de alberca y terraza está espectacular, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. Todo funcionó perfecto y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue clara y amable. ¡Sin duda volveríamos encantados! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, el alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas, el lugar es bonito, se siente muy tranquilo y seguro. Puedes llegar caminando al malecón solo se sube una pequeña colina, no es cansado. La vista es muy linda desde el alojamiento. Recomiendo sin duda el lugar, además Tom siempre estuvo pendiente a los mensajes.

El alojamiento está increíble, la alberca es climatizada, está muy bien ubicado, la zona está muy tranquila, no hay nada de ruido, ideal para descansar y para pasar en familia. La limpieza y el orden del alojamiento coincide con las fotos. La cama y las almohadas estuvieron riquísimas para descansar. Tom super amable y al pendiente todo el tiempo, nos dio una serie de recomendaciones de actividades y restaurantes locales. Regresaría mil veces.

Ettorina’s room separated from larger condominium was squeaky clean and spacious. Pablo welcomed us in arrival to deliver keys and instructions and local information. He and Edgar were friendly, helpful and always quick to respond making us feel right at home. The Vistamar resort is stunning and peaceful. Lots of fantastic restaurants, Majagua, Barco, and tasty coffee at Docecuarenta a short golf cart ride down the hill. Resort provides shuttle to La Paz for more great restaurants—check out Nim—and shopping. The Beach Club is not to be missed. Super vacation!

This condo is absolutely beautiful!! The details this host put into the home are high taste and standard making it such a comfortable stay. Maria was so great to work with and quick to respond and help when we needed anything. Location has a gorgeous view of the water, a large patio that was great to watch the sunset, pool we had to ourselves most of the time, security was so nice and safe to park our car. Maria left a nice book giving ideas to do around town. We had an amazing time visiting La Paz for the first time. We would recommend taking the main waterfront road to the property and then up the hill to the very large complex and find it during daylight. We felt very safe in La Paz walking around and driving to the local attractions and the food was amazing at every turn!

The hosts were great and went the extra mile with everything we needed. Super sweet family and super helpful. We've stayed multiple times in La Paz and love this building. it's just a few minutes drive to the malecon. it's got a pool and a little gym. The view is great and the house is well equipped. recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Very close to the malecon, about a 5 minute drive. My husband and I loved the pool! It was very clean and felt great during these hot days even thought it’s not heated. Host was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in/check out.

Puerta cortes is my favorite place to stay in La Paz, and this house in Las Colinas is your perfect home base! Couldn’t ask for a better home away from home. Well maintained, access to the beautiful beach club, and minutes away from the best beaches in the area. Can’t wait to return.

Flavia's place was perfect for our party of 5. The large kitchen, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and privacy of bedrooms made it wonderful for our group. The roof top deck was a favorite place to see sunrises, sunsets and find solitude. We enjoyed the pool and security of the complex along with the great location close to town and local beaches. Antonio, the property manager, was very helpful, flexible with our arrival time, and friendly. It's a perfect place to spend a short or longer amount of time in La Paz. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

La estancia fue perfecta para todas las personas que estuvimos en el, está muy bonito, Mariel y Armando en todo momento fueron muy amables, fueron muy claros con sus instrucciones y eso facilitó el ingreso y la salida del lugar. Nos encantó la ubicación y tiene muy buena vista al mar :) Un lugar muy tranquilo.

Mi familia y yo somos originarios de aquí, y nos quedamos por unos días para nuestra estancia anual en La Paz. Vimos este lugar e inmediatamente supimos que era el lugar en el que queríamos quedarnos y no decepcionó, todo fue exactamente como las fotos. Éramos 4 personas pero fácilmente nos pudimos haber quedado más personas y aún así estar muy cómodos. Un piso para cada quien. 😜 Datos: - el Gym es el mejor equipado y limpio, a comparación de algunas otras estancias donde me he quedado aquí cerca. Si eso es importante para ti. - Los vecinos son amigables y silenciosos. - Si tienes sueño sensible es probable que si hay viento por las noches el ruido del techo/velas de las terrazas puede sonar bastante. Para mi familia no fue problema pero mencionaron que sonaba como estar en un barco con velas a veces. De ahí en fuera, no me quería ir y deseé volver a vivir aquí en un lugar como este. ✨ Gracias por todo.

Muy atentos y todo muy limpio

La casa está exactamente como en las fotos, muy limpia. Es una casa con 5 recámaras y 5 1/2 baños, perfecta para una familia grande. Con un Cuarto en planta baja ideal para mis padres de la tercera edad. La cocina es espaciosa con todo lo necesario para una familia grande. Sábanas y toallas de buena calidad, camas cómodas. No es fácil conseguir transporte de Uber, solo taxis locales, que hay que pedir por teléfono directamente con el chofer. Recomiendo rentar auto.
